【摘要】：本文以2015-2016賽季CBA天津男籃主場與對手防守技術(shù)為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、錄像觀察法、對比分析法等研究方法,通過觀看CBA2015—2016賽季天津男籃主場與對手的全部19場比賽錄像,對2015-2016賽季CBA天津男籃主場與對手防守有球隊員技術(shù)和防守?zé)o球隊員技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化統(tǒng)計,并對2015-2016賽季天津男籃主場與對手在防守有球隊員和無球隊員時的防守技術(shù)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行對比分析,找出整個賽季天津男籃主場在各項防守技術(shù)方面跟對手相比存在的優(yōu)勢與不足,并根據(jù)得出的結(jié)論給天津男籃提出相應(yīng)的合理化建議,為天津男籃今后的訓(xùn)練和全隊防守技術(shù)的提高提供相應(yīng)的參考依據(jù),同時希望本次學(xué)術(shù)論文可以為我國各個水平男籃隊伍的整體防守水平的提高和改進(jìn)起到積極的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1.天津男籃防守內(nèi)線和外線傳接球的效率較低,防守內(nèi)外線傳球不夠嚴(yán)密。在防守前場運球和防守后場內(nèi)外線運球上也基本水平相似,不存在明顯差異。2.天津男籃在防守對方突破成功率上與對手存在明顯的差距,天津在防守突破上不能有效的阻止對方突進(jìn)限制區(qū),使對手給天津男籃內(nèi)線造成很大沖擊。3.天津男籃與對手在防守對方投籃上存在較大差距,無論是防守投3分球還是防投2分球都存在顯著性差異,其中在防守2分球中防守近距離投籃與對手存在明顯差距,防守中遠(yuǎn)距離投籃上與對手并不存在明顯差距。天津男籃內(nèi)線的個人防守能力較差,不能有效的防守對手在限制區(qū)內(nèi)投籃。4.在防守犯規(guī)上對手防守動作比天津男籃要合理,防守位置的選擇也比天津男籃更加合理,防守較不易失位。在持球隊員失誤上天津男籃明顯要比對手多。在搶打球上與對手并不存在顯著性差異,搶打球技術(shù)基本相近。5.天津男籃在防守?zé)o球隊員擺脫接球上要劣與對手,防守擺脫接球技術(shù)水平相差較大,天津男籃不能有效的防住對方隊員擺脫接球,對對手接球沒有造成很大防守壓力;6.在防守?zé)o球隊員縱切和橫切上與對手有顯著性差異,對手明顯優(yōu)于天津男籃,防橫切和防縱切技術(shù)方面兩者水平差距大,不在一個水平線上;在防守?zé)o球隊員溜底線上與對手也存在較大差距。7.在搶斷球上與對手存在顯著性差異,對手明顯優(yōu)于天津男籃,天津男籃防守上不具有很強的攻擊性。防守籃板球上雙方搶防守籃板球水平相似。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the defensive techniques of CBA Tianjin Basketball team and their opponents in the 2015-2016 season are studied. The methods of literature, mathematical statistics, video observation and comparative analysis are used in this paper. By watching the video of all 19 games between Tianjin Men's Basketball team and their opponents in the CBA2015-2016 season, this paper makes quantitative statistics on the technical indexes of the defensive ball players and the defense non-ball players of the CBA Tianjin Men's Basketball team in the 2015-2016 season. And to the 2015-2016 season Tianjin Men's Basketball team and opponents in the defense of ball players and players without the defensive technical performance of a comparative analysis, Find out the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Men's Basketball team in various defensive techniques compared with their opponents throughout the season, and put forward corresponding rationalization suggestions for Tianjin Men's Basketball team according to the conclusions reached. This paper provides a reference for the future training of Tianjin Men's Basketball team and the improvement of defensive technology of the whole team. At the same time, it is hoped that this academic paper can play a positive role in improving and improving the overall defensive level of the men's basketball team at all levels in our country. The results are as follows: 1. Tianjin Men's Basketball team has low efficiency in inner line and outside line, and is not strict enough in defence inside and outside line. The basic level of defensive dribbling in front and back is similar, there is no obvious difference. 2. Tianjin Men's Basketball team has a clear gap with their opponents on the success rate of defensive breakthrough, Tianjin can not effectively prevent the other side from breaking into the restricted zone, which makes the opponent make a great impact on the inside line of Tianjin Men's Basketball team. 3. There is a big gap between Tianjin Men's Basketball team and their opponents in defending each other's shots. There are significant differences between the defensive 3-point shots and the defensive 2-point shots, among which, there is a clear gap between the defensive close-shot and the opponent's in the defensive 2-point ball. There is no obvious gap between the defensive long-range shooting and the opponent. Tianjin men's basketball inline's individual defense ability is poor, cannot effectively defend the opponent to shoot in the restricted area 4. 4. The defensive action of the opponent is more reasonable than that of Tianjin Men's Basketball team in defensive fouls, and the selection of defensive position is more reasonable than that of Tianjin Men's Basketball team, so it is not easy to lose position in defense. Tianjin men's basketball team obviously more than the opponent in the ball player error. There is no significant difference between the grabbing and the opponent, the technique of grabbing is similar to that of the opponent. 5. 5. Tianjin Men's Basketball team should be inferior to their opponents in defense-free players to get rid of the catch, and the level of defensively getting rid of catch is quite different. Tianjin Men's Basketball team can not effectively prevent the opposing players from getting rid of the catch, which does not cause great defensive pressure on the opponent to catch the ball; 6. There is a significant difference between the defensive players and their opponents in the vertical and cross cut, the opponent is obviously superior to the Tianjin Men's Basketball team, and the level gap between the two sides is big and is not on the same horizontal level in the aspect of anti-crosscutting and anti-longitudinal cutting. There is also a big gap between the defensive players and their opponents on the baseline. 7. 7. There are significant differences between the steals and the opponents, the opponents are obviously superior to the Tianjin Men's Basketball team, and the Tianjin Men's Basketball team is not very aggressive in defense. Defensive rebounds on both sides of the defensive rebound level is similar.
