【摘要】：2016年從國家頒布的《中華武術發(fā)展五年規(guī)劃》中能夠看出中華武術作為中華文化的明信片被再次重視起來,形意拳作為傳統(tǒng)武術獨具特色的一支,因它有豐富的技擊性和養(yǎng)生健身功能,使其在當今全國乃至世界范圍內(nèi)發(fā)展形勢如火如荼。后經(jīng)過幾代人的傳承與變革,形成了多種流派的形意拳,以三大地域流派之說最具代表性,但筆者通過分析各類影像資料發(fā)現(xiàn),同一地域內(nèi)也有風格迥異、動作特征各不相同的流派出現(xiàn),因此認為以地域為流派劃分的標準會一概而論。所以筆者將主要以形意拳各流派動作特征作為對比、分類的依據(jù),按照各流派的“各流派樁功及基本動作特征”對當今形意拳各流派重新分類。希望可以幫助形意拳在今后更加系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化的向后輩傳承,并進一步促進形意拳在全國范圍內(nèi)的推廣與發(fā)展。本文通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、影像資料法、對比分析法、圖片解析法以形意拳各流派動作特征為研究對象得出以下結論:按各流派樁功及基本動作特征分類,當今形意拳流派可為戴氏心意拳、馬氏心意六合拳、李洛能所傳形意拳、終南形意拳四支。這四支流派自身均有其與別派明顯不同之特點。戴氏心意拳保留了較為古譜的練法,以“渾元樁”—“蹲猴勢”為代表;馬氏心意六合拳以各勢“定為樁,動成拳”的特點在河南一帶較為繁榮;李洛能之后所傳形意拳,其中包括車氏、孫氏、宋氏、尚派、沙氏、傅氏等,除練法風格上稍有不同外,母拳五行拳、十二形動作特征大同小異,故為一支流派;終南形意拳動作特征獨具特色,演練過程中對身法的注重是其一大特點,且單練套路種類較多,作為獨特的一支形意拳流派,自解放后才開始逐步推廣,如今在上海、山西太原一帶傳承較好。
[Abstract]:In 2016, from the "Five-year Plan for the Development of Chinese Wushu" promulgated by the State, it can be seen that Chinese Wushu as a postcard of Chinese culture has once again been attached importance to, and Shaoyi fist is a unique branch of traditional Wushu. Because of its rich ability and health-keeping function, it is developing in full swing all over the country and the world. After several generations of inheritance and transformation, the formation of a variety of schools of form and will boxing, with the three major regional schools of the most representative, but the author through the analysis of various kinds of video data found that the same region also has very different styles. Different movement characteristics of different schools appear, so that the division of regional standards will be generalized. Therefore, the author will mainly take the movement characteristics of various schools of Shape-Yiquan as the contrast, classification basis, according to the schools of "each school of pile work and basic movement characteristics" to reclassify each school. It is hoped that it will help to systematize and standardize the inheritance to the later generations, and further promote the promotion and development of the form and will boxing in the whole country. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, image data, contrast analysis, picture analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: classification according to each school's pile work and basic movement characteristics. Today's style of style can be Dai's heartwarming, Ma's heartwarming Liuhe Quan, Li Luneng's Formal-Italian Boxing, and Zhongnanyi Boxing. Each of the four schools has its own characteristics which are obviously different from those of other schools. Dai's heartwarming fist retains the practice method of the ancient spectrum, represented by "muddy Yuan pile"-"squatting monkey potential", and the characteristics of Ma's heartwarming Liuhe boxing are relatively prosperous in Henan province. Li Luoneng later passed form meaning boxing, including che, Sun, Song, Shang, Sha, Fu and so on, in addition to practice style slightly different, mother boxing five elements boxing, twelve shape action characteristics are much the same, so it is a school; The movement characteristics of Zhongnan shape and Yiquan are unique, and the emphasis on body method in the exercise process is one of its major characteristics, and there are many kinds of single practice routines. As a unique school of shape and Italy boxing, it has only gradually been popularized since liberation, and now it is in Shanghai. Shanxi Taiyuan area heritage is better.
