【摘要】：本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法等研究方法,通過對天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員及其服務(wù)對象進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,從專業(yè)能力、組織能力、服務(wù)態(tài)度三方面對天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員服務(wù)效能進(jìn)行研究,得出了以下結(jié)論:1天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員服務(wù)效能評價:從服務(wù)對象對服務(wù)者的綜合能力,技能,管理能力分析服務(wù)者的專業(yè)能力,服務(wù)對象認(rèn)為服務(wù)者的專業(yè)能力有待提高;組織形式較為單一;服務(wù)對象與服務(wù)者人際關(guān)系存在不和諧因素。2天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員服務(wù)效能影響因素:專業(yè)能力和組織能力是影響服務(wù)效能的兩大因素,天津市國家級社會指導(dǎo)員的現(xiàn)有專業(yè)能力不全面,不能充分發(fā)揮作用;服務(wù)能力的形式需要更多樣化,組織內(nèi)容需要更豐富。3天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員服務(wù)效能的完善對策:從優(yōu)化天津市國家級社會體育指導(dǎo)員的學(xué)歷,提高技能等方面提出專業(yè)能力的完善對策;從加大宣傳力度和建設(shè)服務(wù)設(shè)施方面提出組織能力的對策;從完善服務(wù)保障、端正服務(wù)態(tài)度方面提出完善服務(wù)態(tài)度的對策。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, through the investigation and analysis of Tianjin national social sports instructors and their service objects, from the professional ability, organization ability, This paper studies the service effectiveness of social sports instructors in Tianjin from three aspects of service attitude, and draws the following conclusions: 1 the evaluation of service effectiveness of social sports instructors in Tianjin: from the comprehensive ability and skills of the clients to the social sports instructors; The management ability analyzes the professional ability of the service provider, and the service object thinks that the professional ability of the service person needs to be improved; The organization form is relatively single; There are disharmonious factors between service objects and interpersonal relationships of service providers. 2 factors affecting service effectiveness of national social sports instructors in Tianjin: professional ability and organizational ability are the two major factors affecting service effectiveness. The existing professional ability of the national social instructors in Tianjin is not comprehensive and can not play a full role; The form of service ability needs to be more diversified, and the content of organization needs to be richer. 3 the measures to improve the service effectiveness of social sports instructors in Tianjin: to optimize the academic qualifications of social sports instructors at the national level in Tianjin, Improve the skills and other aspects of the professional ability of the improvement of countermeasures; The countermeasures of organization ability are put forward from the aspects of strengthening propaganda and constructing service facilities, and the countermeasures of perfecting service attitude are put forward from the aspects of perfecting service guarantee and rectifying service attitude.
