【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段我國將全民健身上升到國家戰(zhàn)略的高度,國家全力推動(dòng)全民健身。隨著淮安市民生活水平的提高,游泳健身深受廣大市民的喜愛,游泳場館如何科學(xué)高效規(guī)范的運(yùn)營來適應(yīng)全民健身的需求,本文的調(diào)查研究對(duì)落實(shí)國家相關(guān)文件精神和更好的實(shí)施全民健身國家戰(zhàn)略具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。本文以淮安市區(qū)為研究區(qū)域,以淮安市區(qū)游泳場館運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,以淮安市區(qū)19所游泳場館的運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法,輔以邏輯分析法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,調(diào)查研究淮安市區(qū)游泳場館的基本情況、衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀、運(yùn)營方式、安全現(xiàn)狀以及人員管理現(xiàn)狀,得出:1.經(jīng)營管理人才缺乏,衛(wèi)生管理與服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面有待提高;加強(qiáng)市場化服務(wù)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變和加大引進(jìn)游泳場館管理人才與培養(yǎng)。2.游泳場館管理者要轉(zhuǎn)變管理理念,加強(qiáng)安全管理,規(guī)避安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。3.迫切需要轉(zhuǎn)變和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,以市場化為導(dǎo)向;充分發(fā)揮交流與合作,采取多元化營銷。4.政府加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo),建立游泳場館運(yùn)營管理的運(yùn)行機(jī)制;職能部門加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,政府購買游泳公共服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:At present, our country raises national fitness to the height of national strategy. With the improvement of the living standard of the residents in Huai'an, swimming fitness is loved by the general public. How to operate the swimming stadiums scientifically and efficiently to meet the needs of national fitness, The investigation and research in this paper is of great significance to the implementation of the spirit of relevant national documents and the better implementation of the national strategy of national fitness. This paper takes Huaian city as the research area, takes Huaian urban area as the research object, takes the present situation of 19 swimming venues in Huaian city as the research object, through the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, etc. Supplemented by logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the basic situation, sanitary status, operation mode, safety status and personnel management status of swimming venues in Huaian urban area were investigated and studied, and the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The shortage of management talents, the improvement of health management and service quality, the strengthening of the transformation of market-oriented service concept and the introduction of management personnel and training of swimming stadiums and gymnasiums. 2. Swimming venue manager should change management idea, strengthen safety management, avoid safety risk. 3. Urgent need for transformation and innovative development, market-oriented; give full play to exchange and cooperation, adopt diversified marketing. 4. The government strengthens the guidance, establishes the swimming venue operation management operation mechanism; the function department strengthens the supervision, the government buys the swimming public service.
