烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,人民生活水平顯著提高,體育活動(dòng)漸漸地成為人們的一種生活方式。新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)地廣人稀,自然條件惡劣,體育活動(dòng)對(duì)于場(chǎng)館的依賴性要高于其他地區(qū)。在這些大背景下,中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的對(duì)外開放問題顯得尤其突出。研究烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放問題,首先由確立研究目標(biāo)開始。根據(jù)烏魯木齊市人口分布特點(diǎn),以及中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的具體情況,選擇了市內(nèi)4區(qū)共8所中學(xué)的體育場(chǎng)館進(jìn)行研究。運(yùn)用專家訪談法與實(shí)地調(diào)查法,通過對(duì)烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新地分類,以及比較分析新疆其他城市體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放的優(yōu)秀案例,發(fā)現(xiàn)解決體育場(chǎng)館開放問題必須由政府、學(xué)校、個(gè)人三方面的通力配合與支持,并且始終需要圍繞“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、管理、維護(hù)”三個(gè)核心進(jìn)行。研究最終得出以下結(jié)論:1.烏魯木齊市體育場(chǎng)館建設(shè)風(fēng)格迥異,不同類型的學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館面臨著不同的開放困難。2.市政府對(duì)中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的開放問題重視程度不夠。3.在體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放的過程中,開放時(shí)間、開放形式、所面向人群過于單一。烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館專職管理人員十分匱乏。4.外來人員在進(jìn)入中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館進(jìn)行體育鍛煉的同時(shí),維護(hù)場(chǎng)館設(shè)施的意識(shí)不足,導(dǎo)致場(chǎng)館硬件設(shè)施損耗加速,維護(hù)費(fèi)用增加。5.較內(nèi)地而言,烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放除了要面對(duì)各種困難,還將要面臨更大的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。6.烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館對(duì)外開放程度較小,并且面臨很多困難,但未來還是有很大的開放空間的。建議:1.市政府加大對(duì)烏魯木齊市中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的重視程度。2.學(xué)校自身做好合理規(guī)劃。3.學(xué)校加強(qiáng)場(chǎng)館管理人員的培訓(xùn)。4.學(xué)校場(chǎng)館相關(guān)工作人員要立足于本校體育場(chǎng)館,摸索出一條適合本校體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)營之路。5.民眾在進(jìn)入體育館之前應(yīng)該盡量自發(fā)組成相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)團(tuán)體或俱樂部,協(xié)定來分擔(dān)進(jìn)入場(chǎng)館運(yùn)動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不應(yīng)該由學(xué)校一方面承擔(dān)。6.政府應(yīng)該繼續(xù)加大全民健身路徑等社會(huì)體育健身場(chǎng)館的建設(shè)力度。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, people's living standard has been improved significantly, and sports has gradually become a way of life. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region is sparsely populated with poor natural conditions, and sports activities are more dependent on stadiums than other regions. In these background, the opening-up of middle school stadiums and gymnasiums is particularly prominent. To study the opening of middle school stadiums and gymnasiums in Urumqi begins with the establishment of research objectives. According to the characteristics of population distribution in Urumqi city and the concrete situation of sports stadiums in middle schools, the stadiums and stadiums of 8 middle schools in 4 districts of Urumqi city were selected for study. By using the method of expert interview and field investigation, through the innovative classification of the middle school stadiums in Urumqi, and the comparative analysis of excellent cases of opening up to the outside world of other urban stadiums in Xinjiang, It is found that the solution to the opening problem of stadiums and gymnasiums must be coordinated and supported by the government, schools and individuals, and should always be centered on the three cores of "risk control, management and maintenance". The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1. Urumqi sports stadiums construction style is very different, different types of school stadiums and gymnasiums face different opening difficulties. 2. The city government pays less attention to the opening of middle school sports venues. 3. 3. In the process of opening the stadiums and gymnasiums, the opening hours and forms are too single for the crowd. Urumqi middle school stadiums and gymnasiums full-time management staff is very scarce. 4. While entering the middle school sports venues for physical exercise, the outsiders are not conscious of maintaining the facilities, which leads to the acceleration of the wear and tear of the facilities and the increase of the maintenance costs. As far as the mainland is concerned, the opening of Urumqi middle school sports venues to the outside world will not only face difficulties, but will also face greater security risks. 6. 6. Urumqi middle school sports stadiums are open to the outside world to a small extent and face many difficulties, but there is still a lot of open space in the future. Recommendations: 1. The municipal government increased the importance of Urumqi middle school stadiums and gymnasiums. 2. The school itself makes reasonable plans. 3. Schools to strengthen the training of venue management staff. 4. School stadiums related staff should be based on the school stadiums and stadiums, find out a suitable road for the operation of the school's stadiums. 5. Before entering the gymnasium, people should spontaneously form relevant sports groups or clubs, agree to share the risk of entering the stadium, and the safety risk should not be borne by the school on the one hand. The government should continue to increase the national fitness path and other social sports gymnasium construction.
