【摘要】：社會體育是我國體育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是全面建設(shè)小康社會、構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要內(nèi)容。它的發(fā)展的水平和規(guī)模在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展水平和規(guī)模。是新時(shí)期人民日益增強(qiáng)的體育意識和體育需求與當(dāng)前體育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀無法滿足人民需求的現(xiàn)實(shí)對社會體育發(fā)展提出的要求,也是促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展和社會全面進(jìn)步的必由之路。廣東作為改革開放的前沿陣地,它的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會文化發(fā)展一直走在全國前列,各項(xiàng)體育事業(yè)也展現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展勢頭,但與建設(shè)體育強(qiáng)省的目標(biāo)相比,廣東省體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展仍存在較大差距。在社會體育事業(yè)方面,發(fā)展成就是顯著的,但也存在著比較突出的問題和矛盾。因此,充分了解廣東社會體育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題及不足,有針對性地采取有效措施和對策,解決問題,緩解矛盾。此乃選題要義所在�；诖�,本研究選取廣東省粵東、粵西、珠三角等不同區(qū)域的居民作為調(diào)查訪問的對象,采用問卷分析法、訪談法等科學(xué)研究方法,從居民參與體育活動的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。研究結(jié)果表明：從總體上看,目前廣東省社會體育發(fā)展良好,呈現(xiàn)出良性、向上的發(fā)展趨勢。它主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面：一是參與體育活動的人口數(shù)量增加、體育活動場所呈現(xiàn)空間的擴(kuò)大化、體育活動項(xiàng)目的多樣化、人們參與形式的自愿性以及居民體育認(rèn)識的理性化。但廣東省社會體育發(fā)展仍然存在著諸多問題,主要表現(xiàn)在：居民參與體育活動的結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理；物質(zhì)保障不足；社區(qū)體育缺乏組織等。分析表明,制約居民參與體育活動的主要原因有居民個(gè)人因素和政府管理及投入不足。最后一部分針對存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策：營造體育健身氛圍,培養(yǎng)體育參與意識；繼續(xù)加大對社會體育的財(cái)政投入;加強(qiáng)對社區(qū)體育員等人才的管理和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Social sports is an important part of sports in our country. It is an important content of building a well-off society and a harmonious society in an all-round way. The level and scale of its development reflect the development level and scale of sports to a certain extent. The increasing sports consciousness and demand of the people in the new period and the present situation of sports development can not meet the needs of the people. It is also the only way to promote the all-round development of people and the overall progress of society. Guangdong, as the forefront of reform and opening up, has always been in the forefront of economic, social and cultural development in the country, and sports undertakings have also shown good momentum of development, but compared with the goal of building a strong sports province, There is still a big gap in the development of sports in Guangdong Province. In the social sports, the development achievement is remarkable, but also has the quite prominent question and the contradiction. Therefore, we should fully understand the current situation of social sports development in Guangdong, find out the existing problems and shortcomings, take effective measures and countermeasures to solve the problems and alleviate the contradictions. This is the essence of the topic. Based on this, the residents of Guangdong Province, West Guangdong, Pearl River Delta and other different regions were selected as the objects of the investigation. The questionnaire analysis, interview and other scientific research methods were used to investigate and analyze the residents' participation in sports activities. The results show that, on the whole, the development of social sports in Guangdong Province is good, showing a benign and upward trend. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, the increase in the number of people participating in sports activities, the expansion of the space for sports activities, the diversification of sports activities, the voluntary nature of people's participation forms and the rationalization of residents' sports awareness. However, there are still many problems in the development of social sports in Guangdong province, mainly in the following aspects: unreasonable structure of residents' participation in sports activities; inadequate material security; lack of organization of community sports and so on. The analysis shows that the main reasons for restricting residents' participation in sports activities are the residents' personal factors and insufficient government management and investment. The last part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems: to create a sports fitness atmosphere, cultivate sports participation awareness; continue to increase the financial investment in social sports; strengthen the management and guidance of community sports personnel and other talents.
