北京地區(qū)高等體育院校開展“說課”活動現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:“說課”是體育教師基本教學技能的綜合表現(xiàn)形式,不僅在教師資格認定考試、教師編制考試、特崗教師考試等考核形式中處于重要地位,而且在教師職后的教研、職稱評審以及教師基本功大賽中也發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文以北京地區(qū)高等體育院校開展“說課”活動現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,通過文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調查法得到有關信息和數(shù)據(jù),再通過Excel進行統(tǒng)計,分析北京地區(qū)高等體育院校開展“說課”活動的必要性、學生對“說課”的認知與需求情況以及北京地區(qū)高等體育院!罢f課”活動開展途徑,找出開展過程中存在的問題,并提出相應的對策,以期“說課”活動在北京地區(qū)高等體育院校能夠更好的開展,提高學生的“說課”能力,并對其他院校“說課”活動的開展提供一定的參考。研究結果表明:“說課”是體育教師基本教學技能的綜合表現(xiàn)形式,而北京體育大學和首都體育學院作為培養(yǎng)中小學體育教師的重要單位,有必要在職前培養(yǎng)階段通過多種途徑,使學生掌握“說課”內容。學生主要是通過學校課程的學習和教師資格考試了解到“說課”,但學生對“說課”了解和認識程度不高。學生在學期間參與“說課”的機會不多。多數(shù)被調查的學生表示畢業(yè)后的求職意向為體育教師,學生對當前“說課”能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀滿意程度不高,學習和掌握“說課”的欲望較高。從課程教學、教育實習、“說課”比賽這三種途徑,來了解北京體育大學和首都體育學院“說課”活動的開展情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩所體育院校均未開設專門的“說課”課程,僅將“說課”部分的內容加入到教育學、學校體育學、體育教材教法等相關課程中,由相關課程授課老師自由安排,內容簡單,隨意性強。在教育實習中,缺乏具體的“說課”能力培養(yǎng)措施,僅要求學生在實習結束后提交了一份“說課稿”,且提交的“說課稿”質量并不高。兩所院校幾乎沒有開展過“說課”方面的比賽。學校應當重視對學生“體育說課”能力的培養(yǎng),將“說課能力”培養(yǎng)落實到課程教學、教育實習、“說課”比賽、就業(yè)指導等各個方面。
[Abstract]:"talk about lessons" is the comprehensive manifestation of physical education teachers' basic teaching skills. It not only plays an important role in the examination of teachers' qualification, teachers' compilation, and special post teachers' examination, but also in the teaching and research after teachers' service. Professional title evaluation and teachers' basic skills contest also play an important role. In this paper, the present situation of the "lecture talk" activities carried out in the physical education institutions of Beijing area is taken as the research object, and the relevant information and data are obtained by the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, and the statistics are carried out through Excel. This paper analyzes on the necessity of carrying out the activities of "saying lessons" in higher sports colleges and universities in Beijing, the cognition and demand of students to "say lessons", and the ways to carry out the activities of "saying lessons" in higher sports colleges of Beijing area, and finds out the problems existing in the course of the activities. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to improve the students' ability of saying lessons and to provide some reference for the development of the activities of "saying courses" in other colleges and universities in Beijing. The research results show that "saying lessons" is the comprehensive manifestation of physical education teachers' basic teaching skills, and Beijing physical Education University and Capital Institute of physical Education are important units to train physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, such as Beijing University of physical Education and Capital Institute of physical Education. It is necessary to make students master the contents of "saying lessons" through various ways in the stage of pre-service training. Students learn about "speaking lessons" mainly through the study of school curriculum and teacher qualification examination, but the students' understanding of "speaking lessons" is not high. There are few opportunities for students to take part in the lecture while they are studying. Most of the students surveyed indicated that the intention of applying for a job after graduation was physical education teachers, and the students were not satisfied with the present situation of the cultivation of the ability to say lessons, and the desire to learn and master it was higher. From the three ways of curriculum teaching, educational practice and "talk about lessons" competition, to understand the development of the "lecture talk" activities in Beijing physical Education University and the Capital Institute of physical Education, it is found that neither of the two sports colleges has offered special "lecture telling" courses. Only the contents of "talk about lessons" are added to the related courses, such as pedagogy, school physical education, teaching method of physical education teaching materials, etc., which are arranged freely by the teachers of relevant courses, and the contents are simple and arbitrary. In the practice of education, there is a lack of specific measures to cultivate the ability of "lecture telling", which only requires students to submit a "speaking draft" after the practice, and the quality of the "speaking draft" submitted by the student is not high. The two colleges and universities have hardly ever held a contest on the subject. The school should pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability to say lessons in physical education, and carry out the cultivation of the ability to say lessons to such aspects as curriculum teaching, teaching practice, competition of saying lessons, employment guidance and so on.
