【摘要】：高校羽毛球運動的開展與普及,是陽光體育運動在校開展的表現(xiàn)形式,是我國群眾體育發(fā)展的推動因素,是創(chuàng)建體育強國的重要構(gòu)成部分,也是實現(xiàn)全民健身計劃、實踐終身體育的踐行途徑,高校羽毛球事業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r直接影響我國體育事業(yè)與教育事業(yè)的和諧發(fā)展。羽毛球運動已經(jīng)成為高校主流體育運動項目之一,且參與人數(shù)不斷增加,高校組建與發(fā)展羽毛球運動隊將成為一種趨勢,也是推動競技羽毛球和大眾羽毛球的重要構(gòu)成因素。分析普通高校羽毛球運動隊的實際情況,可以從宏觀上鳥瞰普通高校羽毛球運動隊的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,從而找到高校羽毛球在發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行解決。本文在走訪和查閱大量相關(guān)資料基礎(chǔ)上,對現(xiàn)階段普通高校羽毛球運動隊的研究現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行查詢,掌握較為前沿的信息;采用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法,對參加“陜西省2014年“熏風(fēng)杯”大學(xué)生羽毛球賽暨校長杯羽毛球賽”中甲、乙組前四名的8所普通高校的情況、羽毛球隊13名教練員和89名運動員現(xiàn)狀、管理狀況以及羽毛球運動隊發(fā)展的成因進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計,最后通過邏輯分析法、個案分析法找出現(xiàn)階段制約普通高校羽毛球運動隊發(fā)展的因素,并提出相應(yīng)的策略,一方面為未來高校羽毛球運動的發(fā)展提供有價值的理論參考,另一方面為推動普通高校羽毛球運動隊健康、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展提出意見和建議。結(jié)論:1.普通高校間羽毛球競技實力與地區(qū)分布不均衡,各高校缺少交流平臺;2.羽毛球競技比賽參加的高校越來越多,但是壟斷顯現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重;3.羽毛球運動隊的構(gòu)成不合理,也是今后運動員選材需要關(guān)注的重點;4.羽毛球運動隊的日常訓(xùn)練管理混亂,訓(xùn)練時間和頻率較低,比賽目標(biāo)層次低;5.組建合理的教練員隊伍是提高羽毛球隊訓(xùn)練水平的重要因素,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視和學(xué)校支持是構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀教練員隊伍的關(guān)鍵;7.提高羽毛球社會認(rèn)知度、增加賽事交流,促進(jìn)羽毛球運動隊的發(fā)展。建議:1.端正球隊指導(dǎo)思想,多模式運作發(fā)展2.健全賽制機(jī)制,增加交流平臺3.完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),促進(jìn)各校平衡發(fā)展4.拓寬渠道,吸納優(yōu)秀教練、隊員5.重視教練業(yè)務(wù)水平,調(diào)動教練訓(xùn)練積極性6.強化訓(xùn)練與競賽,規(guī)范規(guī)章制度7.增強科研經(jīng)費投入,力求科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練8.加大賽事宣傳力度,擴(kuò)大社會影響力與關(guān)注度
[Abstract]:The development and popularization of badminton in colleges and universities is the manifestation of sunshine sports in school, the driving factor of the development of mass sports in our country, the important component of establishing a powerful sports country, and the realization of the plan of national fitness. The practice of lifelong physical education and the development of badminton in colleges and universities directly affect the harmonious development of sports and education in China. Badminton has become one of the mainstream sports in colleges and universities, and the number of participants is increasing. It will become a trend for colleges and universities to set up and develop badminton teams, and it is also an important factor to promote competitive badminton and popular badminton. By analyzing the actual situation of the badminton sports teams in colleges and universities, we can take a macro view of the development situation of the badminton sports teams in colleges and universities, so as to find out the problems existing in the development of badminton in colleges and universities. On the basis of visiting and consulting a large number of relevant materials, this paper inquires into the current research status and related information of badminton sports teams in colleges and universities, and grasps the more advanced information. By means of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the situation of 8 ordinary colleges and universities participating in the "Student Badminton Competition and Principal Cup Badminton Competition" in Shaanxi Province in 2014, and the top four universities in Group B. The present situation of 13 coaches and 89 athletes in badminton team is investigated, and the reasons for the development of badminton team are investigated. The data obtained are counted by mathematical statistics, and finally, the logic analysis method is adopted. The case analysis method finds out the factors that restrict the development of badminton sports teams in colleges and universities, and puts forward the corresponding strategies. On the one hand, it provides a valuable theoretical reference for the development of badminton sports in colleges and universities in the future. On the other hand, suggestions and suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy, sustained and stable development of badminton teams in colleges and universities. Conclusion: 1. Badminton competitive strength and regional distribution is not balanced among colleges and universities, each university lacks communication platform; 2. Badminton competitive competition to participate in more and more colleges and universities, but the monopoly appears serious; 3. The formation of badminton sports team is unreasonable, is also the future athlete selection need to pay attention to the focus; 4. Badminton team's daily training management confusion, training time and frequency is low, the competition goal level is low; 5. The establishment of a reasonable team of coaches is an important factor to improve the training level of badminton teams, leadership attention and school support is the key to the construction of excellent coaches; 7. Improve the social awareness of badminton, increase the exchange of events, and promote the development of badminton sports team. Recommendations: 1. Correct team guiding ideology, multi-mode operation development 2. Perfect the competition system mechanism, increase the exchange platform 3. Improve infrastructure construction and promote balanced development of all schools. Broaden channels, absorb excellent coaches, players 5. Attach importance to the professional level of coaches, mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches training 6. Strengthen training and competition, standardize rules and regulations.
