國外體育教師效能研究演進及啟示

【摘要】:以Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫中收錄的1986—2016年間與體育教師效能研究主題相關(guān)的167篇文章為考察對象,以文獻計量法為主要研究方法,梳理了國外體育教師效能研究的發(fā)展歷程、演進特點、評價范式、研究不足及對我國體育教師效能研究的啟示。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),西方國家教師效能研究歷經(jīng)3個發(fā)展階段,在過程產(chǎn)出導向和行為導向2個評價范式下,逐步形成了自己的研究理論、概念和方法體系。研究存在的不足是體育教師效能內(nèi)涵邊界模糊、評價模型有待深入研究、實踐研究和理論范式要求存在差距。今后在研究我國體育教師效能時,應避免單一視角和技術(shù)發(fā)展引導,明確評價主要目標和服務的主要目的,確保評價結(jié)果的信度和效度。
[Abstract]:Taking the 167th articles related to the research subject of PE teachers' efficacy included in the Web of Science database from 1986 to 2016 as the object of investigation, and taking the bibliometrics as the main research method, this paper combs the development course of the research on the PE teachers' efficacy in foreign countries. The characteristics of evolution, evaluation paradigm, lack of research and inspiration to the study of PE teachers' effectiveness in China. The results show that the research on teacher efficacy in western countries has undergone three stages of development. Under the two evaluation paradigms of process-oriented and behavior-oriented, the research theory, concept and method system have been gradually formed. The deficiency of the research is that the boundary of the connotation of PE teachers' efficacy is vague, the evaluation model needs to be studied deeply, and there is a gap between the practical research and the theoretical paradigm. In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the evaluation results, we should avoid the single angle of view and the guidance of technical development in studying the effectiveness of PE teachers in our country in the future.
