【摘要】：自全國排球聯(lián)賽引進(jìn)外援開始,關(guān)于外援引進(jìn)利弊的討論就一直此起彼伏。較多學(xué)者從理論方面論述,筆者更側(cè)重從量化角度來闡述引進(jìn)外援利弊,豐富聯(lián)賽外援的科研成果,充實(shí)參考數(shù)據(jù)庫。本文以得分特征和技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果為研究對(duì)象,以本屆男排聯(lián)賽中10位外援、21位其對(duì)應(yīng)位置國內(nèi)球員和9位其本隊(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)位置球員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法。得出結(jié)論：實(shí)力強(qiáng)的外援在實(shí)力較弱球隊(duì)中起到中流砥柱的作用；實(shí)力強(qiáng)的外援在實(shí)力較強(qiáng)球隊(duì)中則起到增光添彩的作用。主攻外援與國內(nèi)球員的各項(xiàng)貢獻(xiàn)率沒有差異；接應(yīng)二傳外援的各項(xiàng)貢獻(xiàn)率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于國內(nèi)球員；副攻外援扣球貢獻(xiàn)率低于國內(nèi)球員的平均水平。北京隊(duì)和福建隊(duì)外援各項(xiàng)貢獻(xiàn)率都高于其本隊(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)位置球員。北京隊(duì)兩位外援技術(shù)效果好,其次是福建隊(duì)和上海隊(duì)的外援,最差的是四川隊(duì)的外援。主攻外援、接應(yīng)二傳外援與其對(duì)應(yīng)位置國內(nèi)球員各項(xiàng)技術(shù)效果均無差異,但副攻外援扣球、后排防守技術(shù)效果好于其對(duì)應(yīng)位置國內(nèi)球員,發(fā)球、攔網(wǎng)技術(shù)效果不及其對(duì)應(yīng)位置國內(nèi)球員。北京隊(duì)、上海隊(duì)和福建隊(duì)外援的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)效果整體好于其本隊(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)位置球員,四川隊(duì)外援的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)效果整體差于其本隊(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)位置國內(nèi)球員。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of foreign aid in the National Volleyball League, the discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of introducing foreign aid has been one after another. More scholars from the theoretical point of view, the author focuses on the quantitative point of view to explain the advantages and disadvantages of introducing foreign aid, enrich the league foreign aid research results, enrich the reference database. This article takes the score characteristic and the technical application effect as the research object, takes 10 foreign aid in this men's volleyball league tournament, 21 corresponding position domestic players and 9 their own team corresponding position player as the investigation object, adopts the literature material method, the spot statistics method, Mathematical statistics and other research methods. The conclusion is that the strong foreign aid plays a mainstay role in the weaker team, and the strong foreign aid plays an increasing role in the stronger team. There is no difference between the main foreign aid and the domestic players; the contribution rate of the foreign aid is much higher than that of the domestic players; the contribution rate of the foreign aid in the secondary attack is lower than the average level of the domestic players. Beijing team and Fokien team foreign aid contribution rate are higher than their team corresponding position players. Beijing team two foreign aid technical results, followed by Fokienand Shanghai team foreign aid, the worst is the foreign aid of Sichuan team. There is no difference between the foreign aid in the main attack and the foreign player in the corresponding position, but there is no difference in the technical effect between the foreign aid and the foreign player in the corresponding position, but the backcourt defense technique is better than the domestic player in the corresponding position, and the serve is better than that of the domestic player in the corresponding position. Blocking technology is not as effective as its corresponding position of domestic players. The technical effect of foreign aid of Beijing team, Shanghai team and Fokienia team is better than that of their team's corresponding position players on the whole, and the technical effect of Sichuan team's foreign aid is worse than that of their own team's corresponding position domestic players on the whole.
