【摘要】：通過文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談等研究方法,分析討論珠海市競技體育后備人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀:后備人才儲備不足、培養(yǎng)體制單一、培養(yǎng)效益低等問題。提出培養(yǎng)體制多元化,拓寬訓(xùn)練網(wǎng)絡(luò),完善青少年競賽體系,加強教練員隊伍建設(shè),創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)競技體育后備人才的管理機制等建議,以促進(jìn)珠海市競技體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, this paper analyzes and discusses the present situation of training reserve talents of competitive sports in Zhuhai, such as insufficient reserve of reserve talents, single training system, low benefit and so on. In order to promote the training of competitive sports reserve talents in Zhuhai, the author puts forward some suggestions, such as the diversification of training system, the widening of training network, the perfection of juvenile competition system, the strengthening of the construction of coaches, and the innovation of the management mechanism of training competitive sports reserve talents.
