【摘要】：2011年日本發(fā)布《地方體育振興政策措施調(diào)研報告》,用于檢驗《體育振興法》實施現(xiàn)狀,并為《體育基本法》頒布做準(zhǔn)備。選取該報告中有關(guān)日本地方政府振興體育政策措施調(diào)查內(nèi)容,包括體育管理機構(gòu)、體育振興條例、體育活動調(diào)查、體育振興基金、體育振興組織、體育教練員和志愿者、體育協(xié)會等,對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析與解讀,對于日本中央和地方政府分責(zé)協(xié)作、地方政府體育振興實施表現(xiàn)差異和日本體育振興社會化現(xiàn)狀與問題進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In 2011, Japan issued the "Research report on the Policy and measures of Local Sports Revitalization", which was used to test the status quo of the implementation of the "Sports Revitalization Law" and to prepare for the promulgation of the basic Law on Sports. Select the contents of the survey on the policies and measures taken by the local government in Japan to revitalize sports, including sports management agencies, sports revitalization regulations, sports activities investigation, sports revitalization funds, sports revitalization organizations, sports coaches and volunteers, The sports association and so on, carries on the analysis and the interpretation to the investigation result, to Japan central and the local government division responsibility cooperation, the local government sports revitalization implementation performance difference and the Japanese sports revitalization socialization present situation and the question carries on the discussion.
