懸吊訓(xùn)練對提高足球二級運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國職業(yè)足球在經(jīng)歷了打黑、掃賭等一系列強(qiáng)有力的整頓之后,市場逐漸回暖,再加上國家的政策支持,現(xiàn)在的中超可以說相當(dāng)火爆。但是火爆的市場掩蓋不了中國足球仍處于較低水平的事實(shí)。影響足球水平的原因有很多,通過對比中國與足球強(qiáng)國關(guān)于足球要素的分類發(fā)現(xiàn),中國足球?qū)τ谶\(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力的認(rèn)識存在不足。并且比賽事實(shí)證明,我國足球運(yùn)動員的協(xié)調(diào)能力確實(shí)與世界優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動員存在較大差距,而運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力又是影響足球水平的一個(gè)重要因素。因此,如果提高足球運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力,對于提升足球運(yùn)動水平有很高的實(shí)踐價(jià)值,并且對指導(dǎo)足球教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文的研究是在協(xié)調(diào)能力的訓(xùn)練中加入懸吊訓(xùn)練手段,試圖證明該種訓(xùn)練方法對提高足球二級運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力有較好的效果。本研究運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以山東體育學(xué)院2014級運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練專業(yè)足球隊(duì)男性隊(duì)員為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,使用隨機(jī)抽樣抽取12名運(yùn)動員,再進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組,分為對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組。在實(shí)驗(yàn)前對兩組各位隊(duì)員的身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行T檢驗(yàn),根據(jù)結(jié)果,可以得出實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組的被試的身體形態(tài)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)以及因變量測試指標(biāo)于統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上無顯著性差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)組的傳統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性訓(xùn)練大約占一半時(shí)間,懸吊訓(xùn)練約占一半時(shí)間,對照組只做傳統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性練習(xí)。控制其它無關(guān)變量,盡量減少其對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的影響。經(jīng)過12周訓(xùn)練后,對隊(duì)員的因變量指標(biāo)測試,并使用獨(dú)立樣T檢驗(yàn)與配對樣本T檢驗(yàn)對實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對照組運(yùn)動員的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理,結(jié)論如下:1.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的自變量(懸吊訓(xùn)練手段)是能夠有效提高足球二級運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力的;而設(shè)計(jì)的運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力的客觀及主觀測試指標(biāo)(即因變量)也是能夠有效反映隊(duì)員訓(xùn)練效果的。2.實(shí)驗(yàn)組使用把懸吊訓(xùn)練手段加入到傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)性練習(xí)手段中的方法,比對照組僅使用傳統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)性訓(xùn)練的方法客觀測試指標(biāo)成績要高;實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組隊(duì)員的客觀測試指標(biāo)均有非常顯著性差異,但是對照組只有進(jìn)退跳躍欄架這一項(xiàng)指標(biāo)有顯著性差異。3.實(shí)驗(yàn)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的主觀測試指標(biāo)成績高于對照組;實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組主觀測試指標(biāo)成績具有顯著性差異,對照組主觀測試指標(biāo)不具有顯著性差異。4.實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,使用把懸吊訓(xùn)練手段加入到傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)性練習(xí)手段中的方法,可以有效改善和提高足球隊(duì)員的協(xié)調(diào)能力,并且比對照組僅運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)性訓(xùn)練手段的方法效果要好。5.通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了核心區(qū)域的力量是影響運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)及影響協(xié)調(diào)能力的重要因素,而懸吊訓(xùn)練正是訓(xùn)練核心區(qū)域力量的主要訓(xùn)練手段之一,通過懸吊訓(xùn)練改善、增強(qiáng)了隊(duì)員的核心力量,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, professional football in China has experienced a series of strong rectification, such as playing black, sweeping gambling, the market is gradually warming up, coupled with the state policy support, now the Chinese Super can be said to be quite popular. But the booming market can not hide the fact that Chinese football is still at a lower level. There are many reasons that affect the football level. By comparing the classification of football elements between China and the football powers, it is found that there is insufficient understanding of the coordination ability of Chinese football. The fact of the match proves that the coordination ability of Chinese football players really has a big gap with the excellent athletes of the world, and the sports coordination ability is an important factor that affects the level of football. Therefore, if we improve the coordination ability of football players, it is of great practical value to improve the level of football, and it is of great significance to guide the teaching and training of football. The research of this paper is to add suspension training method to the training of coordination ability, and try to prove that this training method has better effect on improving the coordination ability of football second-level players. In this study, using literature, interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, the male soccer team members of level 2014 sports training major in Shandong Institute of physical Education were chosen as experimental objects, and 12 athletes were selected by random sampling. Then they were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. Before the experiment, T test was carried out on the body shape indexes of the two groups. According to the results, it was concluded that there was no statistical difference in the body shape indexes and dependent variables test indexes between the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, the traditional coordination training was about half the time, and the suspension training was about half the time, while the control group only did the traditional coordination training. Control other independent variables and minimize their influence on experimental results. After 12 weeks of training, the dependent variables of the players were tested, and the experimental data of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group were processed by using independent T test and paired sample T test. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The experimental results show that: the independent variable (suspension training means) designed by the experiment can effectively improve the coordination ability of football second-level athletes; The objective and subjective test index (dependent variable) of the designed athletic coordination ability can also effectively reflect the training effect of the players. 2. The experimental group used the method of adding suspension training to the traditional coordination training method, which was higher than the control group which only used the traditional coordination training method. Before and after the experiment, the objective test indexes of the experimental group were significantly different, but the control group only had significant difference in the index of jumping hurdle frame. 3. After the experiment, the subjective test index scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group; before and after the experiment, the subjective test index scores of the experimental group had significant difference, while the subjective test index of the control group had no significant difference. 4. Experiments have proved that the method of adding suspension training to the traditional coordination training means can effectively improve and improve the coordination ability of football players. And than the control group only the use of traditional coordination training methods to achieve better results. 5. 5. It is proved by experiments that the strength of the core area is an important factor affecting the coordination of movement and the ability of coordination. Suspension training is one of the main training methods for training the strength of the core area, and it is improved through the suspension training. Enhance the core strength of the players, and then promote the ability of sports coordination.
