【摘要】：本論文是一篇關(guān)于二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的生活體驗(yàn)的質(zhì)的研究報(bào)告。二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員,一個(gè)稍顯陌生的群體,他們是怎么樣的一群人?他們處在一個(gè)什么樣的環(huán)境下?他們對(duì)自己是如何看待的?又是什么造就了這些認(rèn)識(shí)?筆者希望在看似平常的再熟悉不過的日常生活中以新的方式來看待這個(gè)群體,以期能夠引發(fā)人們對(duì)于這個(gè)群體更真實(shí)更恰當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)注。本論文以二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的生活體驗(yàn)為研究對(duì)象,通過研究場(chǎng)域的實(shí)際觀察與深度訪談法,選取了三位比較有代表性的二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員,通過對(duì)他們的日常生活體驗(yàn)、學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)以及體育訓(xùn)練體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行描述,透過對(duì)三者之間復(fù)雜交互過程的分析,試圖真實(shí)且客觀呈現(xiàn)該群體生活樣貌以及背后的深刻意義。論文分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論,主要分為四個(gè)部分。第一節(jié)介紹了本論文的研究背景,第二節(jié)闡述了研究緣起和意義,第三節(jié)為相關(guān)概念和文獻(xiàn)研究的概述,第四節(jié)為研究設(shè)計(jì)和論文框架。第二、三、四章是三位二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的生活體驗(yàn)文本資料分析,每章都從他們各自的日常生活體驗(yàn)、學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)以及體育訓(xùn)練三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行描述和分析解讀。第五章為二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員生活體驗(yàn)的跨個(gè)案分析。主要包括三個(gè)方面內(nèi)容:體校生態(tài)環(huán)境的獨(dú)特性及其影響因素、負(fù)性學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)的影響因素以及自我設(shè)限的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展道路。第六章為結(jié)論章,包括研究結(jié)論和研究反思。二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員的生活總體上呈現(xiàn)出負(fù)性體驗(yàn)的狀態(tài),在可預(yù)見的未來該群體的職業(yè)發(fā)展道路并不容樂觀;該群體職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展困境主要表現(xiàn)在發(fā)展道路的不可持續(xù)性、職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換面臨的諸多障礙以及體育運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的經(jīng)驗(yàn)性與非專業(yè)性三個(gè)方面;造成二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展困境的主要原因在于目前我國特殊的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)環(huán)境、體育訓(xùn)練制度的弊端以及個(gè)人與家庭因素的綜合影響作用。最后,本研究在此基礎(chǔ)上從社會(huì)、體校以及二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員自身三個(gè)方面提出優(yōu)化與改善二線青年運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展道路的具體建議。
[Abstract]:This paper is a qualitative study on the life experience of the second-tier young athletes. Second line young athletes, a slightly unfamiliar group, what kind of people are they? What kind of environment are they in? What do they think of themselves? And what makes these understandings? The author hopes to look at this group in a new way in the seemingly ordinary and familiar daily life in order to arouse more real and appropriate attention to this group. This paper takes the life experience of the second-line young athletes as the research object, through the research field actual observation and the depth interview method, has selected three more representative second-line young athletes, through to their daily life experience, The study experience and sports training experience are described, through the analysis of the complex interaction process between the three, try to show the real and objective appearance of the group life and the profound significance behind it. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which is divided into four parts. The first section introduces the research background of this paper, the second section describes the origin and significance of the study, the third section is a summary of related concepts and literature research, the fourth section is the research design and the framework of the paper. The second, third and fourth chapters are the text analysis of three second-line young athletes' life experience. Each chapter describes and analyzes the three dimensions of their daily life experience, learning experience and sports training. The fifth chapter is the cross-case analysis of the second-line young athletes' life experience. It mainly includes three aspects: the uniqueness of the ecological environment of sports school and its influencing factors, the influence factors of negative learning experience and the self-imposed career development road. The sixth chapter is the conclusion chapter, including the research conclusion and the research reflection. The life of the second-line young athletes generally presents the state of negative experience, and in the foreseeable future, the career development of this group is not optimistic; The plight of this group's career development is mainly reflected in the unsustainable development path, the obstacles to career transition and the experience and non-professional nature of sports training. The main reasons for the plight of the career development of the second-tier young athletes lie in the special sports environment, the malpractice of the sports training system and the comprehensive influence of personal and family factors. Finally, on the basis of this, the author puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to optimize and improve the career development of the second-line young athletes from three aspects: society, sports schools and the second-line young athletes themselves.
