【摘要】：高考是社會關注度最高的重大事件之一,高考改革也是我國教育改革的重要部分,它的目標是促進教育公平,科學選拔人才,推進素質教育。體育專業(yè)招生考試作為我國高考中非常重要的一部分內容,是我國選拔體育人才的主要渠道,對全國各個地方的體育專業(yè)人才的輸送和培養(yǎng)有著非常重要的意義,同時會影響到我國基礎教育的體育教學當中,對我國基層體育的開展與培養(yǎng)起著非常重要的引導作用。從國家開始施行體育專業(yè)招生政策起,湖南省就積極響應,于1989年開始實行體育專業(yè)招生。多年以來湖南省在體育專業(yè)招生考試的歷程中不斷的規(guī)范體育專業(yè)招生考試制度,在培養(yǎng)體育專業(yè)人才方面都起到帶頭作用,在選撥優(yōu)秀的體育人才方面上做出了非常重要貢獻。但是任何制度在其積極作用的同時也會存在他的不足之處。因此,本論文的撰寫、研究主要在于為公平公正合理高效的體育專業(yè)招生考試提供科學理論支撐,并且力求提出一些切實可行的建議與方法。本文以湖南省體育專業(yè)現行招生考試制度為研究對象,通過問卷調查法、訪談法、文獻資料法、以及數理統(tǒng)計等研究方法對湖南省體育專業(yè)現行招生考試制度的現狀進行研究分析,分析其中的優(yōu)勢與不足,進一步提出體育專業(yè)招生考試制度優(yōu)化對策,其研究結果表現在以下幾個方面:(1)湖南省體育專業(yè)現行招生考試科目設置類型為“身體素質+專項+輔項”的考試類型�？键c一直集中設置在湖南師范大學,進行統(tǒng)一的體育專業(yè)招生考試。湖南省體育專業(yè)考試項目近些年來逐漸增加,特別有一些新型的項目成為體育專業(yè)招生考試的熱點項目,例如從2000年到2010年,專業(yè)項目測試由之前的21項增加到現在的25項,新增項目有網球、藝術體操、游泳、兵兵球等(2)關于湖南省體育專業(yè)現行招生考試制度的分析:表現在湖南省體育專業(yè)招生考試的組織與管理制度兩方面,其中涵蓋了考試形式、考試時間安排、考試辦法等。招生考試制度對高校體育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的關系及影響,表現在育人功能、育人目標、育人要求、選材標準等方面。同時堅持高考制度公平理念,包括體育項目設置的公平性、評分標準細則等方面。(3)對于湖南省體育專業(yè)現行招生考試制度的反思,其優(yōu)勢表現在堅持與時俱進,立足于改革實際穩(wěn)步推進;擴大招生自主權,完善考試與評價標準;堅持以人為本,招生形式呈現多樣化。另外,輔助技術項目的制度優(yōu)勢,為考試提供了更多的發(fā)展機會。其不足體現在應試教育思想殘存,導致招生考試制度的機械化,如片面追求升學理念、追求學校名氣或質量、社會人文素養(yǎng)影響著人們對自身發(fā)展的選擇等;招生考試制度科目設置的局限性與就業(yè)環(huán)境的矛盾凸顯,招生考試錄取制度方面的不足。(4)湖南省體育專業(yè)現行考試制度的優(yōu)化對策,借鑒國外優(yōu)勢經驗,考試制度基本趨于民主、開放和多元性發(fā)展。堅持以學生為本彰顯人文關懷,增加體育專業(yè)測試身體素質項目,加大體育專業(yè)培訓考試師資力量建設的力度,要堅持結果性評價與過程性評價相統(tǒng)一的原則,優(yōu)化評分細則,加強評分標準的管理,增強招生制度的自主性,實現招生模式多元化發(fā)展趨向,堅持開放性原則,實現招生形式的多樣化,增進招生制度錄取的公平、公正性,明確責權關系,建設招生管理制度新格局。通過改革創(chuàng)新體育專業(yè)招生考試制度,依托湖南省教育環(huán)境的特色優(yōu)勢,承接中學體育素質教育,實現湖南省現行招生考試制度的優(yōu)化發(fā)展。

At the same time, it will have a very important guiding role in the development and cultivation of the basic education in our country. From the beginning of the country to implement the sports professional enrollment policy, Hunan has responded positively, and began to carry out the sports professional enrollment in 1989. Since many years, in the course of the students' enrollment examination in the physical education, Hunan Province has standardized the system of the examination of the students' enrollment, and has taken a leading role in the cultivation of the professional talents, and made a very important contribution to the selection of the excellent sports talents. But any system will have his shortcomings as well as its active role. Therefore, the author of this thesis is to provide the scientific theory support for the fair and fair and efficient PE professional enrollment test, and try to put forward some practical suggestions and methods. This paper, based on the current enrollment examination system of the sports major in Hunan Province, analyzes the present situation of the current enrollment examination system in Hunan Province by means of the methods of questionnaire, interview, literature, and mathematical statistics, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.
