【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代,中國女排所向披靡,曾取得過五連冠的輝煌戰(zhàn)績。90年代后,中國排球跌入低谷,研究表明這與后備人才儲備過少有很大關(guān)系。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),中國女排再次出現(xiàn)過短暫輝煌,但是時(shí)至今日,成績一直不穩(wěn)定。漯河市自2009年開始,著手建造中國首個(gè)“排球城”。在積極申辦國際、國內(nèi)頂級排球賽事的同時(shí),漯河市也在同時(shí)進(jìn)行排球文化建設(shè)、排球人才引進(jìn)與培訓(xùn)、排球群眾基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、排球后備人才建設(shè)等。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪問調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以漯河市107名排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員,14名排球教練員為調(diào)查對象對漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,得出結(jié)論如下:1.體教結(jié)合是漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才的培養(yǎng)模式,漯河市競技排球人才培養(yǎng)模式以“中小學(xué)--市(縣)業(yè)余體校--省體工隊(duì)(掛靠高校)--國家隊(duì)的單一化金字塔式”競技體育人才培養(yǎng)體系,但是其在本質(zhì)上還是以體育系統(tǒng)自身為主,教育系統(tǒng)所發(fā)揮的作用還是微乎其微。2.男子后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體形態(tài)和身體素質(zhì)均優(yōu)于全省平均水平,女子后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員略低于全省平均水平;運(yùn)動(dòng)員年齡比較適中,適合作為優(yōu)秀排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員后備人才;后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員等級水平不高,有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng);后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員出路較好,多數(shù)進(jìn)入高一級運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)或者高校繼續(xù)深造。3.教練員普遍具有豐富的帶隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),絕大多數(shù)教練員具有高校校隊(duì)或者省隊(duì)經(jīng)歷,普遍具有較高的學(xué)歷,能夠勝任排球教練一職;選材的方式、手段大多采用傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)法選材,這在一定程度上缺少嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性與科學(xué)性;后備排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的選材范圍較小,市級體校選材僅限于全省范圍,其他中學(xué)僅限于全市不能滿足漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的需要,嚴(yán)重阻礙漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)。4.漯河市排球場地設(shè)施基本滿足訓(xùn)練需求;漯漯河市政府在建設(shè)“排球城”項(xiàng)目過程中,對全市排球場地、排球賽事、排球運(yùn)動(dòng)人才引進(jìn)、排球運(yùn)動(dòng)文化都進(jìn)行了大力投資,并且呈現(xiàn)逐年增長態(tài)勢,對漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生積極影響;排球后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練比賽經(jīng)費(fèi)能夠滿足日常訓(xùn)練比賽。5.漯河市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才訓(xùn)練及比賽能夠基本得到保障,訓(xùn)練效果良好,能夠保障排球后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員完成訓(xùn)練任務(wù)及訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)。6.由于訓(xùn)練占用時(shí)間、個(gè)人興趣以及學(xué)校管理等問題,漯河市排球后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化課成績較差,排名比較靠后。7.影響漯河排球后備運(yùn)動(dòng)員的主觀因素是運(yùn)動(dòng)員日常管理機(jī)制不完善,運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練機(jī)制上不科學(xué);客觀因素是競技體育后備人才短缺,運(yùn)動(dòng)員輸送機(jī)制不科學(xué)。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, the Chinese women's volleyball team was invincible and had won five consecutive championships. After the 1990s, the Chinese volleyball team fell into a low point, which is closely related to the low reserve of reserve talents. Entering the new century, China's women's volleyball team has once again appeared a brief brilliant, but today, the results have been unstable. Luohe City began to build the first volleyball city in China in 2009. While actively applying for international and domestic top volleyball events, Luohe is also carrying out volleyball cultural construction, volleyball talent introduction and training, volleyball mass infrastructure construction, volleyball reserve talent construction and so on. In this paper, 107 volleyball players and 14 volleyball coaches in Luohe City were investigated by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The combination of physical education and physical education is the training mode of volleyball reserve talents in Luohe city. The training mode of competitive volleyball talents in Luohe city is as follows: "Primary and secondary schools, city (county) amateur sports schools, provincial sports teams (linked to universities)-national teams", "single pyramid" competitive sports talent training system. But it is essentially the physical education system itself, the role of the education system is minimal. 2. 2. The body shape and physical quality of male reserve athletes are better than the average level of the whole province, the female reserve athletes are slightly lower than the average level of the province, the age of the athletes is moderate, and they are suitable for the reserve talents of excellent volleyball players. The level of reserve athletes is not high, need to be further strengthened; the way out for reserve athletes is better, most of them enter higher level sports teams or colleges and universities to continue their further study. 3. Coaches generally have rich experience in leading the team, most coaches have college team or provincial team experience, generally have higher education, can be qualified as volleyball coach. The ways and means of material selection mostly adopt the traditional experience method, which is lack of rigor and scientificity to some extent; The selection range of reserve volleyball players is small, that of municipal sports schools is limited to the whole province, and other middle schools can not meet the needs of the development of Luohe volleyball, which seriously hinders the development of Luohe volleyball. 4. Luohe volleyball facilities basically meet the training needs; In the course of constructing "volleyball city", Luohe city government has invested heavily in volleyball field, volleyball match, volleyball sports talent introduction and volleyball culture, and has been increasing year by year. It has a positive influence on the volleyball in Luohe city. Volleyball reserve athletes training competition funds can meet the daily training competition. 5. In Luohe City, volleyball reserve talents training and competition can be basically guaranteed, training effect is good, can ensure volleyball reserve athletes to complete the training tasks and training objectives. 6. Due to problems such as occupation of training time, personal interest and school management, Luohe volleyball reserve athletes' achievements in culture class are poor, ranking at the bottom of 7. 7%. The subjective factors affecting Luohe volleyball reserve athletes are the imperfect daily management mechanism and unscientific sports training mechanism, while the objective factors are the shortage of reserve talents and the unscientific transport mechanism of athletes.
