【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)體育事業(yè)的重視程度越來越高。特別是在中國,”三大球”的發(fā)展一直是體育發(fā)展的重中之重。而在當(dāng)前,隨著籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展,競(jìng)賽水平不斷的提高,籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍,這一比賽當(dāng)中非常重要的組成部分也受到了人們極大關(guān)注。因此,籃球裁判員工作面臨著巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。咸陽市作為西部地區(qū)歷史文化名城,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷的快速發(fā)展,近年來也帶動(dòng)著籃球事業(yè)不斷快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)常開展著學(xué)校級(jí)、區(qū)縣級(jí)、市級(jí)、省級(jí)、國家級(jí)、國際級(jí)等各級(jí)別的籃球賽事。由于各項(xiàng)賽事舉辦次數(shù)的增多,比賽水平不斷的提高,推動(dòng)了咸陽市籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,所以咸陽市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)成為擺在我們面前的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù),咸陽市籃球裁判隊(duì)伍的水平滯后和人員不足影響了咸陽市籃球水平的提高。本課題將咸陽市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等研究方法對(duì)咸陽市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,對(duì)咸陽市籃球裁判員基本情況、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)習(xí)狀況、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)、培訓(xùn)和考核情況等方面進(jìn)行綜合分析,找出存在的問題及主要影響因素,提出優(yōu)化和改善咸陽市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍的具體干預(yù)措施。從而為促進(jìn)咸陽市裁判隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)和業(yè)務(wù)水平提供理論參考,不斷推動(dòng)咸陽籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,為提高裁判員隊(duì)伍的業(yè)務(wù)水平提供保障。通過調(diào)查、分析和總結(jié),提出以下相應(yīng)對(duì)策:1、優(yōu)化裁判隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),提升綜合素質(zhì)。2、調(diào)整裁判員知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),提高英語和計(jì)算機(jī)水平。3、加強(qiáng)裁判員的進(jìn)修和培訓(xùn),創(chuàng)造觀摩學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。4、完善考核制度,增強(qiáng)裁判員隊(duì)伍管理。5、創(chuàng)造執(zhí)裁機(jī)會(huì),提升業(yè)務(wù)水平。6、加強(qiáng)宣傳,為裁判工作創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境。7、加快咸陽市籃球裁判員隊(duì)伍梯隊(duì)建設(shè),培養(yǎng)高水平后備人才。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society, people pay more and more attention to sports. Especially in China, the development of "three big balls" has always been the top priority of sports development. At present, with the rapid development of basketball, the level of competition continues to improve, basketball referees, this game is also a very important part of the attention of people. Therefore, basketball referees are facing great pressure and challenges. As a famous historical and cultural city in the western region, Xianyang City, with the rapid development of economy, has also been driving the rapid development of basketball in recent years, often developing at the school level, county level, city level, provincial level, national level, the district level, the county level, the city level, the provincial level, and the national level. A basketball event at the international level. Due to the increase in the number of events held and the continuous improvement of the competition level, the development of Xianyang basketball has been promoted, so the construction of the team of basketball referees in Xianyang has become an important task in front of us. The level of Xianyang basketball referee team lags behind and the lack of personnel affects the improvement of Xianyang basketball level. In this paper, the present situation of basketball referees in Xianyang City is taken as the object of study. The methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics are used. The present situation of Xianyang basketball umpire team is investigated and analyzed by logic analysis method. The basic situation, knowledge structure, learning condition, professional quality of Xianyang basketball umpire are analyzed. Through the comprehensive analysis of training and examination, the paper finds out the existing problems and main influencing factors, and puts forward the concrete intervention measures to optimize and improve the basketball referees in Xianyang. Thus, it can provide theoretical reference for the construction and professional level of Xianyang referees, promote the development of Xianyang basketball, and provide guarantee for improving the professional level of referees. Through investigation, analysis and summary, the following countermeasures are put forward: 1. Optimizing the structure of the referee team, improving the comprehensive quality, adjusting the knowledge structure of the umpire, improving the English and computer level. 3. Fourth, improve the examination system, enhance the management of referees. 5, create opportunities to hold the judgment, improve the level of business. 6, strengthen publicity, create a good environment for referee work. Accelerate Xianyang basketball referee team echelon construction, train high level reserve talent.
