體育鍛煉對師范女大學(xué)生身體自尊的影響

【摘要】:采用隨機分層抽樣方法,選取廣東省11所高校非體育專業(yè)在校女大學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對象,探討師范和非師范女大學(xué)生的身體自尊及其與體育鍛煉的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:(1)師范女生與非師范女生身體在自我價值感和身體素質(zhì)方面均存在顯著性差異(P0.05);在鍛煉時間、運動總量方面,師范女生明顯高于非師范女生,且分別存在非常顯著性差異(P0.01)和顯著差異性(P0.05)。(2)在不同運動量下,師范女生的自我價值感、身體素質(zhì)方面都高于非師范女生,且更注重體育鍛煉的時間和運動量。(3)在不同運動量的身體自我價值感和身體素質(zhì)維度方面,師范女生與非師范女生均存在明顯差異性(P0.05);經(jīng)過多重比較發(fā)現(xiàn),在大運動量下身體自尊5個維度上的得分都高于小運動量下的得分。(4)隨著運動量的增加,師范女生身體自尊5個維度呈直線上升趨勢,大、中、小運動量與身體自尊的5個維度均呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:By using random stratified sampling method, female college students of non-physical education major in 11 universities in Guangdong Province were selected as the objects of investigation to explore the relationship between physical self-respect and physical exercise of female students in normal and non-normal colleges. The results showed that: (1) there were significant differences in self-worth and physical quality between normal and non-normal girls (P0.05); In terms of exercise time and total amount of exercise, normal school girls were significantly higher than non-normal girls, and there were very significant differences (P0.01) and significant differences (P0.05). (2) in different amount of exercise. The sense of self-worth and physical quality of female teachers are higher than that of non-normal girls, and they pay more attention to the time and quantity of physical exercise. (3) in the dimension of physical self-worth and physical fitness of different amount of exercise, There were significant differences between female teachers and non-normal girls (P0.05). After multiple comparisons, it was found that the scores on the five dimensions of physical self-esteem were higher than those under the small amount of exercise. (4) with the increase of the amount of exercise, the five dimensions of physical self-esteem of normal school girls showed a linear upward trend. There was a positive correlation between the amount of small exercise and the five dimensions of self-esteem.
