【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人們對健康理念追逐的步伐從未停止，而高校體育教學(xué)也要適應(yīng)社會(huì)的腳步，，面向?qū)W生開展多種類型體育課程，滿足不同層次學(xué)生興趣愛好的需求，而這種教學(xué)模式在各高校中受到學(xué)生和老師的一致好評(píng)。學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自身愛好選擇感興趣的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，并且通過課程學(xué)習(xí)掌握鍛煉的方法，同學(xué)彼此之間增進(jìn)了交流,又能增強(qiáng)學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié)克服困難的意識(shí)，為課后參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)打下基礎(chǔ)。然而隨著時(shí)間的推移，各高校在課程的學(xué)習(xí)過程中往往受到一些因素的影響，制約著高校體育的發(fā)展，找出原因分析總結(jié)，為學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的空間。 合肥是安徽省省會(huì)城市，無論是經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入還是一些相關(guān)政策的實(shí)施都比其他城市占據(jù)優(yōu)勢。本文主要調(diào)查合肥市6所高校選項(xiàng)課在開設(shè)過程中的現(xiàn)狀，通過實(shí)地勘察與問卷調(diào)查，對選項(xiàng)課進(jìn)行調(diào)查并歸納總結(jié)。在研究的過程中運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法對合肥市6所高校在教學(xué)過程中開展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)。 結(jié)果表明：（1）合肥市6所高校的師資隊(duì)伍層次差異較大（2）選項(xiàng)課任課教師的專項(xiàng)特長主要集中在某些項(xiàng)目上，分布不均衡，學(xué)生最希望開設(shè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目較少（3）各學(xué)校安排教師出去進(jìn)修較少，部分老師自費(fèi)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)（4）合肥市6所高校在場地器材上與教育部要求差距較大，只有2所學(xué)校符合要求（5）部分學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度不夠，但教學(xué)模式受到學(xué)生和老師的肯定(6)考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺少科學(xué)性，沒有針對學(xué)生個(gè)體差異進(jìn)行制定 發(fā)展對策：（1）選項(xiàng)課的發(fā)展離不開領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視（2）結(jié)合本校自身特點(diǎn)加大體育場館建設(shè)（3）增加運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目開設(shè)的力度（4）加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)（5）完善選項(xiàng)課的方式（6）建立完善的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, people have never stopped chasing the idea of health, and the physical education teaching in colleges and universities should adapt to the pace of the society, carry out various kinds of physical education courses for students, and meet the needs of different levels of students' interests and hobbies. And this kind of teaching pattern receives the unanimous praise of the student and the teacher in each university. Students can choose sports that they are interested in according to their own interests, and by learning and mastering exercise methods in the course, students can enhance communication among themselves and enhance students' sense of unity in overcoming difficulties. Lay the foundation for participation in sports after class. However, with the passage of time, various colleges and universities are often affected by some factors in the course of learning, which restrict the development of college sports, find out the reasons for analysis and summary, and create a good space for students to participate in physical exercise. Hefei is the capital city of Anhui province. This paper mainly investigates the present situation of elective courses in 6 colleges and universities in Hefei. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, the author makes an investigation and summarizes the elective courses. In the course of the research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of six colleges and universities in Hefei by using the method of literature and questionnaire. The results show that: (1) there is a great difference in the level of teachers in 6 colleges and universities in Hefei. (2) the specialty of teachers in elective courses is mainly concentrated on some items, and the distribution is not balanced. Students want to set up fewer sports items (3) each school arranges teachers to go out to study less, and some teachers study at their own expense. (4) six colleges and universities in Hefei have a big gap with the requirements of the Ministry of Education in terms of venue and equipment. Only 2 schools meet the requirements (5) some school leaders pay less attention to it, but the teaching model is affirmed by students and teachers (6) the assessment standard is not scientific. There is no development strategy for students' individual differences: (1) the development of elective courses can not be separated from the attention of the leadership. (2) according to the characteristics of the school to increase the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums. (3) to increase the opening of sports events. (4) strengthen the construction of the teaching staff (5) perfect the way of the elective courses (6) establish the perfect examination standard
