【摘要】：民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校是為傳承我國(guó)武術(shù)文化并適應(yīng)當(dāng)下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)文武兼?zhèn)淙瞬藕蛯I(yè)武術(shù)后備人才而產(chǎn)生的特殊“企業(yè)”，在民辦教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的大背景下積累了大量的碩果、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和智慧，也為當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。同屬于中國(guó)中部經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，近年來(lái)江西省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校的發(fā)展與河南、安徽等省市卻相距甚遠(yuǎn)。從江西省武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)管理中心的相關(guān)資料上總結(jié)，江西省目前注冊(cè)在案的民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校由改革開(kāi)放初期的近百所降至如今不足16所，由此看來(lái)，江西省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題值得我們深入研究。 本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法，選取10所江西省內(nèi)民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其目前的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概括分析，了解他們的辦學(xué)理念、整體建設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)、師資狀況、人才培養(yǎng)、內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)障礙等問(wèn)題，發(fā)現(xiàn)我省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校所存在與面臨的問(wèn)題，找出制約我省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的因素； 調(diào)查顯示： （1）江西省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校普遍處于發(fā)展亦或轉(zhuǎn)型期，辦學(xué)宗旨與理念模糊不清； （2）教練員缺乏專業(yè)系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)以及教學(xué)水平欠缺，并且?guī)熧Y隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定； （3）民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校權(quán)責(zé)不清，，監(jiān)督、管理部門(mén)不明確，由于既有教育又涵蓋體育，出現(xiàn)部門(mén)多頭審批、交叉管理局面； （4）由于資金欠缺，學(xué)校硬件設(shè)施不夠完善，滿足不了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的需求； （5）學(xué)生畢業(yè)后沒(méi)有出路嚴(yán)重影響了武術(shù)學(xué)校的招生情況。 基于上述問(wèn)題，以江西省民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為切入點(diǎn),從可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論出發(fā)，對(duì)比參考我國(guó)優(yōu)秀民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校的優(yōu)勢(shì)，梳理江西民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校的發(fā)生發(fā)展,剖析江西民辦武術(shù)學(xué)校發(fā)展過(guò)程中的根本性、全局性、長(zhǎng)期性等問(wèn)題： （1）可持續(xù)發(fā)展，生存是關(guān)鍵，構(gòu)建完善的就業(yè)體系，提高畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)率； （2）可持續(xù)發(fā)展，發(fā)展是基礎(chǔ)，嚴(yán)格優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量； （3）可持續(xù)發(fā)展，可持續(xù)是內(nèi)涵，找準(zhǔn)自身定位，解決建設(shè)缺失；
[Abstract]:Private Wushu School is a special "enterprise" for inheriting Chinese Wushu culture and adapting to the current economic development, cultivating both civil and military talents and professional Wushu reserve talents for the society. Under the background of the sustainable development of private education, it has accumulated a lot of achievements, experience and wisdom, and has also contributed to the local economic development. In recent years, the development of private martial arts schools in Jiangxi Province is far from Henan, Anhui and other provinces and cities. From the relevant data of Jiangxi Wushu Management Center, the number of private Wushu schools registered in Jiangxi Province has dropped from nearly 100 in the early years of reform and opening up to less than 16 today. The sustainable development of private martial arts schools in Jiangxi Province is worth our in-depth study. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper selects 10 private martial arts schools in Jiangxi province as the research object, and makes a general analysis of their present situation. Understand their idea of running a school, overall construction structure, teachers' condition, talent training, internal management mechanism and market competition obstacles, and find out the problems that exist and face in our province's private martial arts schools. Find out the factors that restrict the sustainable development of private martial arts schools in our province; The investigation shows that: (1) the private martial arts schools in Jiangxi Province are generally in the period of development or transition, and their aims and ideas are vague; (2) lack of professional and systematic training, lack of teaching level, and unstable teaching staff; (3) the power and responsibility of the private martial arts schools are not clear, the supervision and management departments are not clear, because of both education and sports, there is a situation of multi-examination and approval of departments and cross-management; (4) due to the lack of funds, the hardware facilities of the school are not perfect enough to meet the needs of students' study and training; (5) there is no way out for the students after graduation, which seriously affects the enrollment of martial arts schools. Based on the above problems, taking the sustainable development of the private Wushu schools in Jiangxi Province as the breakthrough point, starting from the theory of sustainable development, comparing and referring to the advantages of the outstanding private Wushu schools in our country, this paper combs the occurrence and development of the private Wushu schools in Jiangxi Province. This paper analyzes the fundamental, overall and long-term problems in the development of private Wushu schools in Jiangxi: (1) Sustainable development, survival is the key, building a perfect employment system to improve the employment rate of graduates; (2) Sustainable development, development is the basis, strictly optimize the teaching staff, improve the quality of students' learning and training, (3) Sustainable development, sustainable is the connotation, find its own position, solve the lack of construction;
