兒童有氧健身操的創(chuàng)編及對(duì)改善體質(zhì)的效果觀察

【摘要】:研究背景:兒童體質(zhì)健康發(fā)展是我國(guó)社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志。學(xué)校教育工作在遵循“健康第一”指導(dǎo)思想的過(guò)程中,兒童由于課業(yè)的壓力,家長(zhǎng)的溺愛(ài)以及不良的飲食習(xí)慣等原因,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)兒童體質(zhì)健康狀況不容樂(lè)觀。體育與健康課程下韻律操是校內(nèi)兒童每天鍛煉的主要運(yùn)動(dòng)方式之一,但動(dòng)強(qiáng)度較小,降低了鍛煉的實(shí)效性。故本研究根據(jù)兒童的身心發(fā)育特征,圍繞“發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用”為中心,以兒童主動(dòng)參與課堂,激發(fā)兒童的運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,養(yǎng)成體育鍛煉的習(xí)慣為目的,創(chuàng)編出一套適合9-10歲兒童的兒童有氧健身操。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)本套自編兒童有氧健身操的科學(xué)性與合理性,并請(qǐng)專家對(duì)自編操的鍛煉價(jià)值做出評(píng)價(jià)。研究方法:1.本研究以兒童有氧健身操的創(chuàng)編為研究對(duì)象,以天津市南開(kāi)區(qū)永基小學(xué)60名9-10歲普通兒童為測(cè)試對(duì)象。隨機(jī)將受試者對(duì)半分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,依據(jù)所創(chuàng)編的兒童有氧健身操對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組受試者進(jìn)行為期10周的兒童有氧健身操課程,對(duì)照組兒童進(jìn)行水平2韻律操的學(xué)習(xí)。2.為檢驗(yàn)本套兒童有氧健身操創(chuàng)編的科學(xué)性與合理性,本研究分別于實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始前與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后對(duì)所有受試者進(jìn)行相關(guān)體質(zhì)指標(biāo)的測(cè)試。形態(tài)指標(biāo):身高、體重、BMI、體脂%、骨骼肌含量;身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo):坐位體前屈、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、反應(yīng)時(shí)、閉眼單腳站立、6米往返摸地10次;身體機(jī)能指標(biāo):肺活量、心功能指數(shù)、一分鐘跳繩。研究結(jié)果:1.通過(guò)相關(guān)專家的分析與評(píng)定,本套兒童有氧健身操創(chuàng)編科學(xué)、合理,風(fēng)格突出,運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度適中,難度適宜,對(duì)于激發(fā)兒童的運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,改善兒童體質(zhì)健康具有一定的實(shí)效性。2.十周實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童肺活量平均增加了236ml,一分鐘跳繩成績(jī)平均增加了15.3個(gè),心功能指數(shù)顯著下降。提示本套自編兒童有氧健身操對(duì)改善兒童身體機(jī)能、促進(jìn)體質(zhì)健康發(fā)展有顯著作用。3.十周實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童的身體形態(tài)方面發(fā)生了顯著性變化,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組身高平均增長(zhǎng)0.96cm,體重平均下降0.64kg,BMI指數(shù)平均減少1.27kg/m2,骨骼肌平均增加0.25kg,體脂%平均減少1.52%。提示本研究中所創(chuàng)編的兒童有氧健身操科學(xué)合理,在不影響小學(xué)生正常生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的前提下,能夠有效改善兒童的身體形態(tài)特征。4.十周實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童實(shí)驗(yàn)前后坐位體前屈平均增加3.68cm,閉眼單腳站立平均增加10.67秒,立定跳遠(yuǎn)平均增加了7.24cm,反應(yīng)時(shí)平均減少5.4秒,6米往返摸地10次成績(jī)平均減少了2.91秒。說(shuō)明本套兒童有氧健身操創(chuàng)編科學(xué)合理,使實(shí)驗(yàn)組兒童身體素質(zhì)有了較為明顯的改善。
[Abstract]:Background: the healthy development of children's constitution is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization in China. In the process of school education following the guiding ideology of "health first", due to the pressure of schoolwork, parents' indulgence and unhealthy eating habits, children's physical health in our country is not optimistic. The rhythmic exercise in physical education and health curriculum is one of the main ways for children to exercise every day in school, but the intensity of movement is low, which reduces the actual effect of exercise. Therefore, according to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development, the purpose of this study is to focus on "giving play to the main role of students", take children's active participation in class, arouse children's sports interest and develop the habit of physical exercise. Create a set of children for 9-10 years old aerobic aerobics. This set of children's aerobic aerobics is scientific and reasonable through experiments, and experts are asked to evaluate the value of the exercise. Methods: 1. In this study, 60 children aged 9-10 years old in Yongji Primary School in Nankai District of Tianjin were studied. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The subjects of the experimental group were given a 10-week course of children's aerobics according to the children's aerobic exercises created by them, and the children of the control group were taught the level 2 rhythmic exercises. 2. In order to test the scientificity and reasonableness of the creation of children's aerobics, this study tested all the subjects' physique indexes before and after the experiment. Morphological indicators: height, weight, BMI, body fat%, skeletal muscle content; body quality indicators: sitting forward flexion, standing long jump, reaction time, closed eyes on one foot, 6 meters to touch the ground 10 times; Body function index: vital capacity, cardiac function index, one minute rope skipping. Results: 1. Through the analysis and evaluation of relevant experts, this set of children aerobic aerobics is scientific, reasonable, outstanding style, moderate intensity of exercise load, appropriate difficulty, to stimulate children's sports interest, Improving children's physical health has certain effectiveness. 2. After ten weeks of experiment, the mean vital capacity of children in the experimental group increased by 236 ml, the score of rope skipping increased by 15.3 on average, and the cardiac function index decreased significantly. It is suggested that this set of children's aerobic exercises has significant effect on improving children's physical function and promoting healthy development of their physique. After the 10-week experiment, there were significant changes in the body shape of the children in the experimental group. The average height of the experimental group increased by 0.96 cm, and the average weight loss of 0.64 kg / BMI decreased by 1.27 kg / m ~ (2), and the average weight loss of the experimental group was 1.27 kg / m ~ (2). Skeletal muscle increased by 0.25 kg on average, body fat% decreased by 1.52kg on average. It is suggested that the aerobic aerobics of children created in this study is scientific and reasonable, and can effectively improve the physical characteristics of children without affecting the normal growth and development of primary school students. 4. After the 10-week experiment, the children in the experimental group increased by 3.68 cm in body flexion, 10.67 seconds in standing with eyes closed on one foot, 7.24 cm in standing long jump and 5.4 seconds in reaction time before and after the experiment. The results show that this set of aerobic exercises is scientific and reasonable, and the physical quality of children in the experimental group has been improved obviously.
