支架式教學(xué)模式在高校網(wǎng)球選修課中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)是一項(xiàng)商業(yè)、職業(yè)化程度非常高的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,它孕育在法國(guó),誕生在英國(guó),現(xiàn)流行于全世界。該項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)約1885年傳入中國(guó),由于當(dāng)時(shí)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、政策、體制環(huán)境等諸多因素制約,發(fā)展較為緩慢,現(xiàn)階段,隨著我國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力不斷增強(qiáng),女子網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員頻頻亮相于國(guó)際舞臺(tái),促使我國(guó)的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)處于高速發(fā)展期,競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球有效帶動(dòng)高校網(wǎng)球發(fā)展,深受廣大師生的喜愛(ài)。支架式教學(xué)模式是在建構(gòu)主義理論的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種現(xiàn)代教學(xué)模式,它一般由五個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)成,即搭建支架、教學(xué)情境創(chuàng)設(shè)、獨(dú)立探索、合作學(xué)習(xí)、教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)等,近年來(lái)逐漸被引用到體育教學(xué)領(lǐng)域。本文基于支架式教學(xué)下網(wǎng)球選修課的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法等研究方法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組共24人進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),兩組教學(xué)內(nèi)容一樣,正手擊球、反手擊球和發(fā)球技術(shù)動(dòng)作,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用支架式教學(xué)模式,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,經(jīng)過(guò)2個(gè)月的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,在兩種不同的教學(xué)模式下進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得出以下結(jié)論。1.實(shí)驗(yàn)組教學(xué)測(cè)試成績(jī)要優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,但是動(dòng)作技能評(píng)分幾乎相近,說(shuō)明了運(yùn)用支架式教學(xué)模式有利于學(xué)生對(duì)網(wǎng)球技術(shù)動(dòng)作的掌握和理解。2.實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)在實(shí)驗(yàn)前到實(shí)驗(yàn)后有一定幅度的提升,但提高的幅度較小,而對(duì)照組學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)在實(shí)驗(yàn)前到實(shí)驗(yàn)后有較大幅度的提升,提高幅度顯著。3.支架式教學(xué)有利于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)球的自主性和積極性,提升網(wǎng)球課堂的教學(xué)氛圍。4.通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)后的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查可知,支架式教學(xué)使學(xué)生在自我認(rèn)知和構(gòu)建能力上要比傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式有著一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。5.在支架式教學(xué)模式下,面對(duì)大學(xué)生群體,支架式教學(xué)的情境創(chuàng)設(shè)有助于學(xué)生理解相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和動(dòng)作技能原理,學(xué)生的獨(dú)立思考和自學(xué)自練能力會(huì)有所提高。
[Abstract]:Tennis is a commercial, highly professional sport, it was born in France, born in Britain, now popular in the world. The movement was introduced into China in 1885. Because of the political, economic, cultural, policy, institutional environment and other factors, the development was relatively slow. Women tennis players frequently appear on the international stage, which impel the tennis movement in our country to be in the period of high speed development. Competitive tennis effectively drives the development of college tennis, and is loved by teachers and students. The scaffolding teaching model is a modern teaching model developed on the basis of constructivism theory. It is generally composed of five basic links, namely, the construction of scaffolding, the creation of teaching situation, the independent exploration, the cooperative learning, the evaluation of teaching effect, etc. In recent years has been gradually cited in the field of physical education. This paper is based on the teaching experiment of tennis elective course under the support teaching, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, etc. Comparative analysis and other research methods were used to carry out teaching experiments on 24 students in the experimental group and the control group. The teaching contents of the two groups were the same: forehand batting, backhand batting and serving technique, while the experimental group adopted the scaffold teaching mode. The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode, after 2 months teaching practice, carries on the contrast experiment research under two different teaching modes, draws the following conclusions. 1. The result of teaching test in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, but the score of motor skills was almost similar, which indicated that the scaffolding teaching model was beneficial to the students' mastery and understanding of tennis skill. 2. In the experimental group, the physical quality of the students was improved to a certain extent from the experiment to the post-experiment, but the range of the improvement was small, while that of the control group was greatly improved from the experimental to the post-experiment, and the improvement was significant. Scaffolding teaching is helpful to enhance students' autonomy and enthusiasm in tennis learning, and to enhance the teaching atmosphere of tennis classroom. 4. Through the questionnaire survey after the experiment, we can see that the scaffolding teaching makes students have some advantages over the traditional teaching mode in self-cognition and construction ability. 5. In the scaffolding teaching mode, the situation creation of scaffolding teaching helps students to understand relevant theoretical knowledge and the principle of action skills, and the students' ability of independent thinking and self-study and self-training will be improved.
