【摘要】：自2007年起,以蘋果公司iPhone為代表的移動(dòng)智能終端,逐步取代了傳統(tǒng)的移動(dòng)終端,逐漸進(jìn)入移動(dòng)智能終端的新時(shí)代。體育作為媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)中不可忽視的領(lǐng)域,體育健身與移動(dòng)智能終端的結(jié)合,在健身領(lǐng)域獲得了一塊更大的市場(chǎng)與平臺(tái)。大學(xué)生站在科學(xué)的前沿,移動(dòng)智能終端多樣化、新興化、人性化等特征吸引著大學(xué)生的眼球,移動(dòng)智能終端為大學(xué)生的體育健身帶來(lái)了諸多便利,大學(xué)生通過(guò)移動(dòng)智能終端對(duì)體育健身的督促幫助,獲取運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)并分享體育健身的樂(lè)趣到網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,利用QQ、微信上的組群、空間、朋友圈,開啟“運(yùn)動(dòng)+社交”模式,不僅能起到強(qiáng)身健體的效果,還能促進(jìn)人際間的交流,同時(shí)移動(dòng)智能終端在體育健身中也帶來(lái)了一些不良影響。如何發(fā)揮移動(dòng)智能終端在大學(xué)生體育健身中的價(jià)值成為當(dāng)下研究的熱門。本文以山東師范大學(xué)、曲阜師范大學(xué)、聊城大學(xué)和煙臺(tái)大學(xué)四所學(xué)校800名在校本科大學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法等研究方法,通過(guò)分析移動(dòng)智能終端在大學(xué)生體育健身中的應(yīng)用狀況及移動(dòng)智能終端對(duì)體育健身的影響,并根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策。得出以下結(jié)論:1.大學(xué)生參與體育健身所使用的移動(dòng)智能終端主要是智能手機(jī),獲取體育信息的途徑主要以智能手機(jī)為主。2.絕大部分學(xué)生對(duì)應(yīng)用移動(dòng)智能終端參與體育健身感興趣,具有參與體育健身的積極性;大學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)智能終端參與體育健身的主要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)是強(qiáng)身健體和自身的興趣愛好。3.大學(xué)生參與體育健身所使用的運(yùn)動(dòng)APP類型主要以咕咚和樂(lè)動(dòng)力為主;應(yīng)用運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP參與體育健身關(guān)注最多的是數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、軌跡記錄、訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃、健身指導(dǎo)、社交功能;使用可穿戴設(shè)備參與體育健身最多的是智能手環(huán)。4.大學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)智能終端參與體育健身對(duì)提高運(yùn)動(dòng)技能有一定程度的影響,但影響程度和范圍還未達(dá)到較高水平。5.大學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)智能終端參與體育健身具有引導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督、促進(jìn)的作用,但也不要忽視它的局限性。6.大學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)智能終端參與體育健身的優(yōu)化對(duì)策:開展各種體育健身活動(dòng),促進(jìn)健身意識(shí)的形成;優(yōu)化運(yùn)動(dòng)類APP,加強(qiáng)社交類軟件建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, the mobile intelligent terminal represented by Apple's iPhone has gradually replaced the traditional mobile terminal and gradually entered the new era of mobile intelligent terminal. Sports as a media industry can not be ignored the combination of sports fitness and mobile intelligent terminals in the field of fitness has gained a larger market and platform. College students stand at the forefront of science. The characteristics of mobile intelligent terminals, such as diversification, new development, humanization and so on, attract the eyeballs of college students. Mobile intelligent terminals bring a lot of convenience to college students' physical fitness. College students can get sports data and share the fun of sports fitness through the help of mobile intelligent terminal, and use the group, space and friend circle on QQ, WeChat to open the "sports social" mode. Not only can the effect of physical fitness, but also promote interpersonal communication, while the mobile intelligent terminal in physical fitness also brought some adverse effects. How to give full play to the value of mobile intelligent terminal in college students' physical fitness has become a hot research topic. In this paper, 800 undergraduate students from four universities, including Shandong normal University, Qufu normal University, Liaocheng University and Yantai University, are investigated. Based on the analysis of the application of mobile intelligent terminal in college students' physical fitness and the influence of mobile intelligent terminal on sports fitness, the optimization countermeasures are put forward according to the existing problems. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The main mobile intelligent terminal used by college students to participate in physical fitness is smart phone, and the main way to obtain sports information is smart phone. 2. Most of the students are interested in the application of mobile intelligent terminal to participate in physical fitness, and have the enthusiasm to participate in physical fitness, and the main motivation for college students to use mobile intelligent terminal to participate in physical fitness is to strengthen their physical fitness and their own interests. 3. The main types of sports APP used by college students to participate in physical fitness are goo dong and music motivation, and the application of sports APP in sports fitness is mostly concerned with data statistics, track record, training plan, fitness guidance, social function. Using wearable devices to participate in physical fitness is the most intelligent bracelet. 4. The use of mobile intelligent terminals to participate in sports fitness has a certain degree of influence on the improvement of sports skills, but the degree and scope of the impact has not reached a higher level. The university student uses the mobile intelligence terminal to participate in the sports fitness to have the guidance, the supervision, the promotion function, but also does not neglect its limitation. 6. College students use mobile intelligent terminals to participate in the optimization of sports fitness countermeasures: to develop various sports fitness activities to promote the formation of fitness awareness; to optimize sports APP, to strengthen the construction of social software.
