【摘要】：對(duì)農(nóng)村體育治理的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題及路徑等進(jìn)行分析。認(rèn)為:(1)農(nóng)村體育治理在國(guó)家層面有益于推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化、全民健康戰(zhàn)略布局,在社會(huì)層面有益于助力公平正義、城鄉(xiāng)一體的和諧社會(huì)進(jìn)程,在農(nóng)民層面有益于營(yíng)造主動(dòng)鍛煉、享受體育的健康生活方式;(2)農(nóng)村體育治理尚存家長(zhǎng)式治理、運(yùn)動(dòng)式治理、粗放式治理、碎片化治理等現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。提出:打造多元主體,實(shí)現(xiàn)多元共治;倡導(dǎo)精準(zhǔn)治理,軟硬兼顧并進(jìn);尋求多方聯(lián)動(dòng),促進(jìn)全面治理;貴在久久為功,方可善作善成等路徑建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the value orientation, realistic problems and paths of rural sports governance. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the rural sports governance is beneficial to promote the modernization of national governance, the strategic layout of national health, and the harmonious social process of promoting equity and justice at the social level and integrating urban and rural areas. At the level of farmers, it is beneficial to build the active exercise and enjoy the healthy lifestyle of sports. (2) there are still some practical problems in rural sports governance, such as paternalistic governance, sports governance, extensive governance, fragmented governance and so on. Put forward: to create multiple subjects, to achieve multi-governance; to advocate accurate governance, hard and soft to go forward; to seek multi-party linkage to promote comprehensive governance; long time for merit, can good do good and other path recommendations.
