【摘要】：隨著改革開放以來社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變,各種行政因素對(duì)市場(chǎng)的影響越來越多的體現(xiàn)在了宏觀干預(yù)上,而職業(yè)體育作為市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的一部分,其體制等相應(yīng)的改革必須適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的改革。中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽作為最早進(jìn)行職業(yè)化的項(xiàng)目,在發(fā)展過程中取得了很大的成就:使足球從規(guī)模和影響上真正成為中國第一運(yùn)動(dòng);推出了中國足球俱樂部制和協(xié)會(huì)制、打開了職業(yè)體育的市場(chǎng)空間、提高了中國足球水平、以及法制觀念的增強(qiáng)和場(chǎng)地設(shè)施建設(shè)的發(fā)展、并且中國足協(xié)的去行政化進(jìn)程也在一步一步的推進(jìn)。但取得了一定的成就的同時(shí),也存在一些問題:各俱樂部之間的實(shí)力嚴(yán)重不均衡、俱樂部的俱樂部的財(cái)政赤字進(jìn)一步嚴(yán)重、俱樂部對(duì)于球迷的市場(chǎng)開發(fā)仍舊不足、仍需加強(qiáng)與媒體的聯(lián)系、以及裁判的保護(hù)和監(jiān)督機(jī)制仍然不夠健全等。本文從中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽觀眾數(shù)量的歷史變化進(jìn)行縱向比較,結(jié)合各俱樂部的賽事均衡性、與媒體的關(guān)系、行政因素、國家隊(duì)的成績(jī)和俱樂部收支情況等因素來觀察中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽的歷史發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽的持續(xù)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展必須保證聯(lián)賽各俱樂部之間的實(shí)力相對(duì)均衡、處理好與媒體的關(guān)系、保證行政因素的宏觀調(diào)控作用以及有效控制俱樂部的財(cái)政赤字。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the socialist market economy since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been constantly changing from a planned economy to a market economy. The influence of various administrative factors on the market is more and more reflected in the macro-intervention. As a part of market economy, professional sports should adapt to the reform of economy and society. As the earliest project of professionalization, China Professional Football League has made great achievements in the development process: making football become the first sport in China in terms of scale and influence, introducing the Chinese football club system and association system, It has opened up the market space of professional sports, improved the level of Chinese football, strengthened the concept of legal system and the development of site and facilities, and the deadministrative process of the Chinese Football Association is also advancing step by step. But at the same time, there are still some problems: the strength of the clubs is seriously unbalanced, the financial deficit of the clubs is further serious, and the development of the market for the fans is still insufficient. Still need to strengthen the contact with the media, and the referee's protection and supervision mechanism is still not sound and so on. This paper makes a longitudinal comparison of the historical changes in the number of viewers in the China Professional Football League, combining the balance of the matches of various clubs, the relationship with the media, the administrative factors, The achievements of national team and the income and expenditure of clubs are factors to observe the historical development of China Professional Football League. The sustained and steady development of the Chinese professional football league must ensure the relative balance of the strength among the clubs of the league, deal with the relationship with the media, ensure the macro-control function of the administrative factors and effectively control the financial deficit of the clubs.
