【摘要】：北宋是我國古代軍事體育異常繁榮的一個(gè)時(shí)期,北宋的軍事體育發(fā)展既有對前面朝代優(yōu)秀軍事體育文化如兵法、武學(xué)制度等的繼承和發(fā)展,又有武學(xué)和軍事體育官職等的創(chuàng)立,在中國古代軍事體育發(fā)展中起到了承上啟下的作用。北宋時(shí)期戰(zhàn)爭頻繁,民族和階級矛盾尖銳,統(tǒng)治者重視發(fā)展軍事體育,重視軍事體育人才的選拔培養(yǎng),重視對士兵和平民的軍事體育訓(xùn)練,并形成了一套完善的軍事體育系統(tǒng),極具研究價(jià)值。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、歷史分析法等研究方法,從眾多史書記載中尋找與北宋軍事體育相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,分析總結(jié)北宋軍事體育的概況、特點(diǎn)和形成背后的原因及啟示。北宋軍事體育在獨(dú)特的歷史背景下,在軍事體育人才的選拔與考核、軍事體育人才的培養(yǎng)與管理、軍事體育訓(xùn)練的內(nèi)容與方法等方面形成了一定的特點(diǎn)。北宋時(shí)期的武舉制與唐代相比,選拔與考核等更加系統(tǒng)完善,文武并重;在軍事體育人才的培養(yǎng)與管理方面,北宋創(chuàng)立了武學(xué),開啟了規(guī)范化軍事體育教育的先河;在正規(guī)軍隊(duì)與民兵訓(xùn)練中,教頭等職官的設(shè)置以及將兵法和保甲法的推行,無一不推動(dòng)了北宋的軍事體育訓(xùn)練正規(guī)化和系統(tǒng)完善化;在軍事體育器械方面,除了常見長兵器的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容和方法更加豐富多樣,也在戰(zhàn)爭中增添了許多新奇的兵器。北宋軍事體育發(fā)展的如此繁榮完善的原因,一是民族矛盾和階級矛盾的尖銳與不可調(diào)和;二是北宋在軍事體育人才的選拔、培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練中形成的完善機(jī)制;三是統(tǒng)治者的喜好和重視,間接的推動(dòng)了民間的習(xí)武風(fēng)潮的形成;四是北宋軍隊(duì)的士兵在沒有戰(zhàn)爭時(shí),為了娛樂和給統(tǒng)治者表演而進(jìn)行的軍事體育活動(dòng)豐富多彩。北宋時(shí)期的武舉制度、武學(xué)、教頭、教法格等的實(shí)行都極大地推動(dòng)了北宋軍事體育的發(fā)展,提高北宋軍事體育的實(shí)力,既有對前朝優(yōu)秀軍事體育文化的繼承與發(fā)展,又有對軍事體育文化的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:The Northern Song Dynasty was a period of extraordinary prosperity of ancient military sports in China. The development of military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty not only inherited and developed the excellent military sports culture of the previous dynasties, such as the art of war and the system of martial arts, but also established the official grades of martial arts and military sports. In the ancient Chinese military sports development has played a connecting role. During the Northern Song Dynasty, there were frequent wars and sharp ethnic and class contradictions. The rulers attached importance to the development of military sports, the selection and training of military sports talents, the training of military sports for soldiers and civilians, and formed a set of perfect military sports system. It is of great research value. By using the methods of literature and historical analysis, this paper looks for the contents related to military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty from many historical records, and analyzes and summarizes the general situation, characteristics, reasons behind the formation and enlightenment of military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty. Under the unique historical background, military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty has formed certain characteristics in the selection and examination of military sports talents, the training and management of military sports talents, the contents and methods of military sports training, etc. Compared with the Tang Dynasty, the system of military education in the Northern Song Dynasty was more systematic and perfect, and the cultivation and management of military and sports talents were emphasized as well, and the Northern Song Dynasty established the martial education, which opened the first step of standardized military physical education. In the regular military and militia training, the establishment of instructors and other officials, as well as the implementation of the military and Baojia laws, have all promoted the formalization and systematic perfection of military sports training in the Northern Song Dynasty; in the area of military sports equipment, In addition to the common long weapons training content and methods more diverse, but also in the war added a lot of novel weapons. The reasons for the prosperity and perfection of the development of military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty include the sharp and irreconcilable national and class contradictions, the perfect mechanism formed in the selection, training and training of military sports talents in the Northern Song Dynasty. Third, the ruler's preference and attention, indirectly promoted the formation of folk martial arts; fourth, the Northern Song army soldiers in the absence of war, for entertainment and performance for the ruler of the military sports activities rich and colorful. In the Northern Song Dynasty, the implementation of the system of military exercises, martial studies, instructors and teaching methods greatly promoted the development of military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty, and improved the strength of military sports in the Northern Song Dynasty, and both inherited and developed the excellent military sports culture of the former Dynasty. Also has the innovation to the military sports culture.
