運動營養(yǎng)補劑對健美操運動員機體乳酸脫氫酶和肌酸激酶的影響研究

【摘要】:隨機選取XX大學(xué)體育學(xué)院健美體操運動員120例,采用數(shù)字隨機法分為觀察組(n=60)與對照組(n=60),對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)體能訓(xùn)練,觀察組則在服用運動營養(yǎng)劑后進(jìn)行體能訓(xùn)練,對比兩組運動員的機體乳酸脫氫酶及肌酸激酶水平.結(jié)果表明:觀察組運動員的訓(xùn)練優(yōu)良率顯著高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組運動員運動后的乳酸脫氫酶及肌酸激酶水平均低于對照組(P0.05);兩組運動員運動后的谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、尿素、總蛋白對比差異不顯著,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組運動員運動后的血漿脂蛋白脂酶、載脂蛋白CⅡ顯著低于對照組(P0.05),肝性脂酶顯著高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組健美操運動員的RBC、HCT顯著高于對照組(P0.05),RDW、MCV顯著低于對照組(P0.05).這表明服用運動營養(yǎng)補劑能夠降低健美操運動員的乳酸脫氫酶及肌酸激酶水平,改善運動耐力,減輕運動員的疲勞.
[Abstract]:One hundred and twenty bodybuilding gymnasts from XX University School of physical Education were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The control group received routine physical training, while the observation group received physical training after taking exercise nutrition. The levels of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the excellent and good training rate of the athletes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05); the levels of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05); There was no significant difference in total protein (P0.05).
