【摘要】：根據(jù)全國體總公開信息,經(jīng)邏輯論證,發(fā)現(xiàn)中華全國體育總會(huì)(九屆)權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)成員資格存在合章性問題。即違反《社會(huì)團(tuán)體登記管理?xiàng)l例》、民政部《社會(huì)團(tuán)體章程示范文本》和《中華全國體育總會(huì)章程》關(guān)于全國體總權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)成員入門資格或首要前提是全國體總會(huì)員的規(guī)定,在全國體總?cè)珖泶髸?huì)代表、全國體總委員會(huì)委員、全國體總常委會(huì)委員,乃至全國體總單位會(huì)員中,都存在大量非會(huì)員現(xiàn)象。對(duì)這種極不正常情況加以揭露和剖析,以期引起有關(guān)部門對(duì)體育社團(tuán)改革的關(guān)注與討論。
[Abstract]:According to the public information of the All-China Federation of physical Education and logical argumentation, it is found that the membership of the power organs of the All-China Sports Federation (9th) has a regularization problem. That is, in violation of the regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social organizations, the regulations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Model text of the articles of Association of Social organizations, and the articles of Association of the All-China Sports Federation concerning the entry qualifications or the first prerequisite of the members of the All-China Sports Federation's organs of authority are members of the All-China Federation of physical Education, There is a large number of non-members in the deputies to the National Congress of the All-China Federation of physical Education, the members of the National Sports General Committee, the members of the standing Committee of the National Federation of physical Education, and even the members of the units of the National Federation of physical Education. This unusual situation is exposed and analyzed in order to arouse the attention and discussion of the reform of sports association.
