【摘要】：武術的文化研究伴隨當代中國傳統(tǒng)文化的復興,再次成為了武術理論界的一個研究熱點。對于武術文化的探討,應該與其技術結合,方具實踐力量,這至少是坐實武術文化的一個重要方面�；诖�,綜合運用文獻資料、專家訪談等研究方法,對武術中最為常見之弓步、馬步、仆步、虛步、歇步5種步型進行研究。研究表明:武術之攻防屬性,在其5種步型中有著多方面表現(xiàn);武術步型的現(xiàn)實效能,乃通過增強功力間接服務于技擊的需要,且具有多元功能訴求,而不像其他武技項目那般步型創(chuàng)造服務于技擊目的的純粹性;武術步型中蘊含著豐富的文化學意義,它對于整個武術文化體系的構建,有著鮮為人知的基因密碼,正是得益于這一基因密碼的無量限"轉(zhuǎn)譯"和"表達",方令武術于日積月累之中,建筑起了屬于自己的、獨特的文化"大廈"。
[Abstract]:With the revival of contemporary Chinese traditional culture, the cultural research of Wushu has become a research hotspot in Wushu theory circle. The discussion of Wushu culture should be combined with its technology to have practical power, which is at least an important aspect of Wushu culture. The research shows that the attack and defense attributes of Wushu are manifested in many aspects among the five types of Wushu, and the practical efficacy of Wushu is to serve the needs of skill and attack indirectly by enhancing its ability, and it has multiple functional demands. But unlike other martial arts projects, the step-by-step creation serves the purpose of martial arts, which contains rich cultural significance and has a little-known genetic code for the construction of the entire martial arts cultural system. Thanks to the unlimited translation and expression of this genetic code, Wushu has built its own unique cultural "edifice" over the years.
