嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展的SWOT分析及策略研究

【摘要】：嶺南武術(shù)是中華武術(shù)大家庭中的重要組成部分,是嶺南勞動人民在長期的社會實踐中所積累的智慧結(jié)晶。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實地考察法、SWOT分析法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校的未來發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行探索。首先,通過大量的嶺南武術(shù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)查閱與思考,對相關(guān)嶺南武術(shù)專家進(jìn)行訪談,同時對嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實地考察和問卷調(diào)查,搜集到了諸多與嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、威脅四個方面的影響因素,經(jīng)過縝密的邏輯思考并將其分類,最終確定了嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、威脅因素如下:1、嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢主要有:(1)地緣優(yōu)勢;(2)嶺南武術(shù)的拳種資源豐富多彩;(3)嶺南武術(shù)蘊涵深厚的文化底蘊;(4)嶺南武術(shù)本身具有普遍的適應(yīng)性;(5)高等學(xué)校擁有優(yōu)越的資源環(huán)境條件;(6)嶺南武術(shù)在廣州高校具備一定的群眾基礎(chǔ);(7)高校學(xué)生武術(shù)社團具備一定的組織優(yōu)勢。2、嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展的劣勢主要有:(1)嶺南武術(shù)體系較為龐大復(fù)雜,難以統(tǒng)一規(guī)范;(2)學(xué)校缺乏相應(yīng)的嶺南武術(shù)專項師資力量;(3)缺乏適合在高校普及推廣的相應(yīng)教材;(4)學(xué)生對嶺南武術(shù)的認(rèn)知程度存在一定的不足。3、嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校的發(fā)展機遇主要有:(1)國家對民族傳統(tǒng)文化的重視;(2)相關(guān)政策文件的支持與保護;(3)《中國武術(shù)段位制》的普及推廣;(4)各類傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)比賽的廣泛開展;(5)嶺南武術(shù)題材影視作品的積極影響。4、嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校發(fā)展存在的外部威脅因素主要有:(1)社會環(huán)境的快速變遷;(2)體育全球化進(jìn)程逐步加快;(3)嶺南武術(shù)文化內(nèi)涵正逐漸流失�；赟WOT分析原理,本研究針對嶺南武術(shù)在廣州地區(qū)普通高校的未來發(fā)展所提出的具體策略主要有:1、基于國家的重視及政策文件的支持,積極推進(jìn)嶺南武術(shù)進(jìn)校園;2、充分發(fā)揮廣州地區(qū)的地緣優(yōu)勢,因地制宜,就地取材;3、引入《中國武術(shù)段位制》,設(shè)立武術(shù)段位考試點;4、充分借助高等學(xué)校優(yōu)越的發(fā)展平臺;5、充分發(fā)揮嶺南武術(shù)的群眾基礎(chǔ),拓寬開展途徑;6、充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生武術(shù)社團的組織優(yōu)勢,并給予一定的指導(dǎo)和支持;7、進(jìn)一步加強對嶺南武術(shù)的挖掘整理工作,形成統(tǒng)一規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn);8、借助相關(guān)影視作品的積極影響,開展一些較為熟知的嶺南武術(shù)拳種;9、組織參加或舉辦各類傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)比賽,營造良好的習(xí)武氛圍;10、加強嶺南武術(shù)師資隊伍的建設(shè);11、組織創(chuàng)編相關(guān)嶺南武術(shù)教材,規(guī)范教學(xué)內(nèi)容和考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn);12、重視對嶺南武術(shù)理論的傳授,避免其文化內(nèi)涵的流失。
[Abstract]:Lingnan Wushu is an important part of the Chinese Wushu family and a crystallization of wisdom accumulated by the working people in Lingnan in the long-term social practice. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, field investigation, SWOT analysis and logic analysis are used to explore the future development strategy of Lingnan Wushu in ordinary colleges and universities in Guangzhou. First of all, through a large number of Lingnan Wushu literature review and reflection, Lingnan Wushu experts were interviewed, at the same time Lingnan Wushu in Guangzhou ordinary colleges and universities development status of the field investigation and questionnaire survey. After careful logical thinking and categorization of Lingnan Wushu in Guangzhou, we have collected a number of factors that affect the development of Lingnan Wushu in Guangzhou ordinary colleges and universities in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of Lingnan Wushu in the development of ordinary colleges and universities in Guangzhou are determined. The threat factors are as follows: 1. The advantages of Lingnan Wushu in the development of ordinary colleges and universities in Guangzhou are: (1) geographical advantage; (2) rich and colorful boxing resources of Lingnan Wushu; (3) Lingnan Wushu contains profound cultural background; (4) Lingnan Wushu itself has its own characteristics. General adaptability; (5) colleges and universities have superior resources and environmental conditions; (6) Lingnan martial arts in Guangzhou colleges and universities have a certain mass base; (7) college students martial arts associations have a certain organizational advantage. 2 Lingnan martial arts in Guangzhou area The main disadvantages of the development of colleges and universities are as follows: (1) Lingnan Wushu system is relatively large and complex. It is difficult to unify and standardize; (2) the school lacks the corresponding Lingnan martial arts special teacher strength; (3) lacks the corresponding teaching material suitable for popularizing and popularizing in the university; (4) the student has certain insufficiency to the Lingnan martial arts. 3, Lingnan Wushu in Guangzhou The opportunities for the development of regional colleges and universities are as follows: (1) the state attaches importance to national traditional culture; (2) the support and protection of relevant policy documents; (3) the popularization and popularization of the "Chinese Wushu Duan system"; (4) the extensive development of all kinds of traditional Wushu competitions; (5) the extensive development of Lingnan Wushu Competition. (4) the external threat factors of Lingnan Wushu in the development of ordinary universities in Guangzhou are: (1) the rapid change of social environment; (2) the process of sports globalization; (3) Lingnan Wushu culture; (2) the process of sports globalization; (3) Lingnan Wushu culture. The connotation is gradually losing. Based on the principle of SWOT analysis, the specific strategies proposed in this study for the future development of Lingnan Wushu in Guangzhou are as follows: 1. Based on the emphasis of the state and the support of policy documents, Actively promote Lingnan Wushu into the campus; 2, give full play to the geographical advantages of the Guangzhou area and take measures according to local conditions, (3) introducing the "Chinese Wushu Duan system" to set up Wushu Duan examination points; (4) making full use of the superior development platform of higher education; (5) giving full play to the mass base of Lingnan Wushu, Widen the way to carry out; 6, give full play to the organizational advantages of student martial arts associations, and give certain guidance and support; 7, further strengthen the Lingnan martial arts excavation collation work, form a unified standard; 8, with the help of the positive impact of relevant film and television works, Develop some familiar Lingnan martial arts boxing; 9, organize or hold various kinds of traditional martial arts competitions to create a good atmosphere for practicing martial arts; 10, strengthen the building of Lingnan Wushu teaching staff; 11, organize and compile relevant Lingnan Wushu teaching materials, Standardization of teaching content and assessment standards, 12, pay attention to the Lingnan Wushu theory, to avoid the loss of its cultural connotation.
