【摘要】：體育產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國(guó)新的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),在2014年國(guó)務(wù)院46號(hào)文件頒布之后更加成為整個(gè)國(guó)民投資和發(fā)展的新方向。然而我國(guó)的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在著結(jié)構(gòu)上的問(wèn)題,其中體育經(jīng)紀(jì)人作為中介市場(chǎng)的主體其職能的不足和缺位成為了阻礙我國(guó)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的重要因素之一。歐洲作為現(xiàn)代體育經(jīng)紀(jì)活動(dòng)的發(fā)源地,得益于其體育發(fā)展的高度職業(yè)化和商業(yè)化,尤其是職業(yè)足球的迅猛發(fā)展,圍繞足球展開(kāi)經(jīng)紀(jì)活動(dòng)也形成了成熟的體系,足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人在體育中介市場(chǎng)中發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。因此針對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人職能演變歷程的研究有助于豐富我國(guó)關(guān)于歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的相關(guān)研究,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人行業(yè)發(fā)展提出相關(guān)的指導(dǎo)建議。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法等研究方法針對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的職能演變歷程進(jìn)行了分析研究。研究過(guò)程中通過(guò)對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程的研究梳理出其所具有的主要職能,進(jìn)而根據(jù)這些職能所處的不同階段得出歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的職能演變歷程,同時(shí)從價(jià)值工程和信息不對(duì)稱理論角度針對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人職能演變產(chǎn)生影響的因素進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人職能未來(lái)演變趨勢(shì)做出預(yù)估,并對(duì)我國(guó)足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。得出的主要結(jié)論有:第一,歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人根據(jù)其所處市場(chǎng)范圍的不同經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)不同發(fā)展階段,從歐洲個(gè)別國(guó)家的起步萌芽發(fā)展為全球認(rèn)可的規(guī)范化職業(yè);第二,足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的職能伴隨著經(jīng)紀(jì)人的發(fā)展而不斷的演變,演變過(guò)程中每個(gè)階段都會(huì)在保留上一個(gè)發(fā)展階段所具有職能的基礎(chǔ)上有所增加,處在歐洲整個(gè)足球市場(chǎng)時(shí)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭最為迅猛,同時(shí)圍繞球員本身所展開(kāi)的職能不斷增多;第三,對(duì)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人職能演變產(chǎn)生影響的主要因素包括歐洲足球產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平、球員轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)制度、球員組織的發(fā)展、國(guó)際球員市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展、相關(guān)管理機(jī)制和政策法規(guī)等。第四,未成年潛力球員的開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)將成為經(jīng)紀(jì)人重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)的職能之一,同時(shí)未來(lái)歐洲足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的職能將更加多元化,個(gè)性化。對(duì)我國(guó)足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人發(fā)展的建議有:第一,積極推進(jìn)球員工會(huì)的建立,不斷增強(qiáng)球員議價(jià)和自我保護(hù)能力,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人的影響力。第二,相關(guān)主管部門(mén)要應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際形勢(shì)進(jìn)行變革,規(guī)范球員轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)的代理活動(dòng),促進(jìn)中國(guó)職業(yè)足球的健康發(fā)展。第三,加強(qiáng)與國(guó)外優(yōu)勢(shì)經(jīng)紀(jì)人或團(tuán)隊(duì)的交流合作,積極引入歐洲先進(jìn)人才和管理模式,促進(jìn)中國(guó)足球經(jīng)紀(jì)人行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new growth point of national economy, sports industry has become a new direction of national investment and development since the promulgation of document No. 46 of the State Council in 2014. However, there are structural problems in the development of sports industry in China, in which sports broker as the main body of the intermediary market has become one of the important factors hindering the healthy development of sports industry. Europe, as the birthplace of modern sports brokerage activities, benefited from its highly professional and commercialized sports development, especially the rapid development of professional football. The football broker has played an important role in the sports intermediary market. Therefore, the study on the evolution of European football broker function will help to enrich the relevant research on European football agent in China, and at the same time, put forward relevant guidance and suggestions for the development of football broker industry in China. Based on the methods of literature, case analysis, logic analysis and expert interview, this paper makes an analysis and research on the evolution of European football agents' functions. In the course of the study, through the study of the whole development process of European football agents, the main functions of European football agents are sorted out, and then according to the different stages of these functions, the evolution process of European football agents' functions is obtained. At the same time, from the view of value engineering and information asymmetry theory, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the evolution of European football broker's function, and forecasts the future evolution trend of European football agent's function. And to our country football broker's development puts forward the related proposal. The main conclusions are as follows: first, European football brokers have gone through three different stages of development according to their market scope, from the beginning of individual European countries to a globally recognized standardized profession; second, The function of the football broker evolves with the development of the agent, and every stage of the evolution increases on the basis of retaining the function of the previous stage of development. In the European football market, the most rapid development momentum, at the same time around the players themselves began to expand the functions; third, the main factors that affect the evolution of the European football broker function include the level of European football industry development. Player transfer system, player organization development, international player market development, relevant management mechanisms and policies and regulations. Fourth, the development and protection of underage potential players will become one of the key functions of agents, while the future European football agents will be more diversified and personalized. The suggestions for the development of football agents in China are as follows: first, to actively promote the establishment of the players' union, to strengthen the bargaining and self-protection ability of the players, and then to enhance the influence of the football agents. Second, the relevant authorities should reform the international situation, regulate the agent activities of players transfer, and promote the healthy development of Chinese professional football. Third, we should strengthen the exchange and cooperation with foreign superior brokers or teams, actively introduce advanced European talents and management models, and promote the development of Chinese football brokers.
