女大學(xué)生核心力量水平與體質(zhì)健康水平的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近幾年,核心力量在競(jìng)技體育與康復(fù)領(lǐng)域中受到廣泛關(guān)注,提高核心肌群力量水平是體能訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)家與教練訓(xùn)練的主要目標(biāo)之一。但關(guān)于核心力量的研究處于初級(jí)探索階段,并未形成系統(tǒng)的研究理論與評(píng)價(jià)方案,并且核心力量訓(xùn)練常見(jiàn)于專(zhuān)業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員,對(duì)學(xué)校體育與群眾體育的研究相對(duì)較少,缺乏數(shù)據(jù)與量化的支撐,針對(duì)大學(xué)生核心力量與體質(zhì)健康水平的研究更為缺乏。核心肌力能夠穩(wěn)定人體重心部位,傳遞上下肢力量,在各項(xiàng)身體運(yùn)動(dòng)中都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。體質(zhì)健康水平測(cè)試是學(xué)校教育評(píng)價(jià)體系的重要構(gòu)成部分,也是促進(jìn)學(xué)生積極鍛煉以提高體質(zhì)健康水平的重要手段,但研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平呈逐步下降趨勢(shì),女生較為明顯。本研究試圖通過(guò)測(cè)定女大學(xué)生的核心力量水平與體質(zhì)健康水平,提供相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)并加以分析,探討核心力量與體質(zhì)健康水平的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,以核心力量各指標(biāo)分別為自變量,體質(zhì)總分為因變量,做回歸方程式以對(duì)體質(zhì)健康水平做出預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)一步揭示兩變量之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系,分析整體回歸模型,判斷影響體質(zhì)健康水平的敏感指標(biāo)。研究方法:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法完成基本理論研究,明確核心力量概念、特點(diǎn)、訓(xùn)練方法及其評(píng)價(jià)方法,理清核心力量與體質(zhì)健康水平各項(xiàng)測(cè)試指標(biāo)之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。列出多種核心力量測(cè)試方法,通過(guò)專(zhuān)家訪談與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,確定核心力量評(píng)價(jià)測(cè)試指標(biāo)。測(cè)試對(duì)象選取南京師范大學(xué)中北學(xué)院女生246名,大一學(xué)生121名,大二學(xué)生125名。根據(jù)《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2014年修訂)》規(guī)定,采用身高、體重、肺活量、坐位體前屈、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、50米跑、仰臥起坐與800米8項(xiàng)指標(biāo)測(cè)試其體質(zhì)健康水平,采用八級(jí)俯橋、分級(jí)背橋、仰臥兩頭起、側(cè)臥兩頭起、后拋實(shí)心球、側(cè)拋實(shí)心球六項(xiàng)指標(biāo)測(cè)試核心力量水平。運(yùn)用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)、Spearman等級(jí)相關(guān)、多元回歸等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析女大學(xué)生核心力量水平與體質(zhì)健康水平之間的相關(guān)程度,建立兩變量之間的函數(shù)模型,揭示兩變量之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論:兩個(gè)年級(jí)學(xué)生之間的核心力量水平與體質(zhì)健康水平的差異均不明顯;核心力量指標(biāo)與體質(zhì)健康指標(biāo)之間大多存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,與八級(jí)俯橋相關(guān)的是仰臥起坐、50米、800米、肺活量和BMI,與分級(jí)背橋相關(guān)的是50米、仰臥起坐、800米、肺活量和立定跳遠(yuǎn)。與仰臥兩頭起相關(guān)的是仰臥起坐、50米、800米、肺活量、立定跳遠(yuǎn)和坐位體前屈,與左側(cè)臥兩頭起和右側(cè)臥兩頭起相關(guān)的都是仰臥起坐、50米、800米、BMI和立定跳遠(yuǎn)。與后拋實(shí)心球相關(guān)的是立定跳遠(yuǎn)、坐位體前屈、800米、50米、仰臥起坐,與左側(cè)拋實(shí)心球相關(guān)的是坐位體前屈、800米、50米和立定跳遠(yuǎn),與右側(cè)拋實(shí)心球相關(guān)的是坐位體前屈、50米和仰臥起坐,但上述相關(guān)多屬于中低度相關(guān),首先這可能與測(cè)試對(duì)象的個(gè)體差異和測(cè)試態(tài)度有關(guān),其次體質(zhì)健康水平的高低,不僅是由核心力量水平的大小決定,而是受多種因素的交互作用的影響;核心穩(wěn)定性力量指標(biāo)預(yù)測(cè)模型優(yōu)于核心力量耐力和核心爆發(fā)力指標(biāo)預(yù)測(cè)模型;八級(jí)俯橋、分級(jí)背橋、仰臥兩頭起與后拋實(shí)心球是影響體質(zhì)健康水平的敏感指標(biāo),對(duì)體質(zhì)健康水平總分的貢獻(xiàn)程度同樣大,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系數(shù)beta值都為0.2,且四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)顯著性水平小于0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Research purposes: In recent years, the core strength has been widely paid attention in the field of competitive sports and rehabilitation, and the strength of the core muscle group is one of the main goals of body training expert and coach training. But the research on the core power is at the primary stage of exploration, it does not form the research theory and evaluation scheme of the system, and the core strength training is common in professional athletes, the study of school sports and mass sports is relatively few, lack of data and quantitative support, The research on the core strength and health level of college students is lacking. The core muscle strength can stabilize the center of gravity of the human body, transmit the strength of upper limbs, and play an important role in various body movements. Physical fitness level test is an important component of the school education evaluation system. It is also an important means to promote students' active exercise to improve the physical fitness level. However, the study shows that the physical health level of college students is gradually decreasing, and the female students are more obvious. This study attempts to provide relevant data and analyze the relationship between core strength and physical fitness level by measuring the core strength level and physical fitness level of female college students. The regression equation is used to predict the physique health level, the quantitative relation between the two variables is further revealed, the overall regression model is analyzed, and the sensitive index influencing the health level of the physique is judged. Research methods: This article uses the literature method to complete the basic theory research, definite the core strength concept, the characteristic, the training method and the evaluation method, sort out the inner link between the core strength and the test index of the physique health level. A variety of core strength test methods are listed, and the core strength evaluation test index is determined through expert interview and questionnaire survey. The test subjects selected 246 female students from the North College of Nanjing Normal University, 121 students and 125 large-size students. According to the National Students' Physique Health Testing Standard (2014 Revision)> Provisions, the body's health level is tested by height, weight, vital capacity, pre-sitting flexion, standing long jump, 50-meter running, sit-up and 800-meter 8-item index. The core strength level is tested by six indexes of the side-throwing solid-core ball and the side-throwing solid-core ball. Using independent sample T test, Spearman rank correlation, multiple regression and other statistical methods, the correlation degree between female college students' core strength level and physical fitness level was analyzed, and the function model between the two variables was established to reveal the functional relationship between the two variables. Conclusion: There is no obvious difference between the level of the core strength and the physical fitness level between the two grade students. The relationship between the core strength index and the physical fitness index is related. The correlation between the core strength index and the physical fitness index is sit-ups, 50 meters, 800 meters, vital capacity and BMI. The prediction model of the core stability strength index is superior to the prediction model of the core strength endurance and the core explosive force index, The normalized coefficient beta was 0. 2, and the significance level of the four indexes was less than 0.05, which had statistical significance.
