【摘要】：新疆民族傳統(tǒng)體育非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)具有彰顯民族文化多樣性、實現(xiàn)民族文化認同、維系民族團結(jié)與維護本土文化主權(quán)等當代價值。針對當前新疆民族傳統(tǒng)體育傳承發(fā)展面臨"域外強勢體育文化滲透、項目本體文化異化、傳承保護后繼乏人、現(xiàn)代域外文明沖擊、傳承保護意識淡薄、傳媒資源整合模式相對單一"等困境,新疆應(yīng)當加強品牌建設(shè),實現(xiàn)本土文化的傳承與價值認同;強調(diào)與域外文化交流與融合的同時,實現(xiàn)"和而不同";培育適宜生存環(huán)境,呼吁政府與公眾增強保護意識;構(gòu)建文化傳播媒介與平臺,引導規(guī)范社會參與;推進民族傳統(tǒng)體育與體育教學相融合,擴充練習人口基數(shù);重視民間傳承人培養(yǎng),有效規(guī)避民族傳統(tǒng)體育跨文化傳播的"文化折扣"。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang traditional sports intangible cultural heritage has the contemporary value of highlighting the diversity of national culture, realizing national cultural identity, maintaining national unity and safeguarding the sovereignty of local culture. In view of the present development of traditional sports inheritance and development in Xinjiang, it is faced with "strong sports culture permeation outside the country, alienation of project Noumenon culture, lack of successors in inheritance and protection, impact of modern foreign civilization, weak sense of inheritance and protection," The mode of media resources integration is relatively single, so Xinjiang should strengthen brand building, realize the inheritance and value identity of local culture, emphasize the exchange and integration with foreign cultures, realize "harmony but different", foster a suitable living environment, Call on the government and the public to enhance their awareness of protection; construct cultural media and platforms to guide and standardize social participation; promote the integration of traditional national sports and physical education; expand the population base of practice; and attach importance to the cultivation of folk inheritors. Effectively circumvent the "cultural discount" of cross-cultural communication of traditional national sports.
