【摘要】：江蘇省一直是我國(guó)的體育大省,運(yùn)動(dòng)健兒在奧運(yùn)會(huì)、亞運(yùn)會(huì)為國(guó)家摘金披銀,國(guó)內(nèi)的全運(yùn)會(huì)也是名列前茅,在大家享受運(yùn)動(dòng)健兒帶來(lái)的快樂(lè)時(shí),他們退役后的工作安排理應(yīng)備受重視,切不可忽略,這是一個(gè)事關(guān)江蘇競(jìng)技體育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要命題,必須予以厘清并獲得圓滿解決。該文章以江蘇省部分退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員為調(diào)查對(duì)象。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,主因子分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)安置現(xiàn)狀和其影響因素做了探討。其中問(wèn)卷的信度采用了再測(cè)法和KMO檢驗(yàn)與Bartlett檢驗(yàn),問(wèn)卷的效度進(jìn)行了兩輪的專家咨詢。將得到的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行R-型因子分析,最終得出影響江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)的三個(gè)主要因素。研究結(jié)果主要包括江蘇省不同種類退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員安置方式現(xiàn)狀;江蘇省不同種類退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員收入現(xiàn)狀;影響江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)的主要要影響因素等。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析,得出如下結(jié)論:1、在不同競(jìng)技專項(xiàng)的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員中,蹦床、射擊等社會(huì)認(rèn)知度不高的冷門項(xiàng)目被組織安置概率相對(duì)較高。而當(dāng)下比較火熱的乒羽網(wǎng)等小球類專項(xiàng)的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員被組織安置率相對(duì)較低,自謀職業(yè)率相對(duì)較高,并且在收入上具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。2、在不同競(jìng)技成就的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員中,被組織安置的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員主要集中在國(guó)家健將及以上,競(jìng)技成就相對(duì)較低的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員不具備被組織安置的資格。也有少量競(jìng)技成就高的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員選擇自謀在職業(yè)。3、組織安置的因素是多方面的,最主要的是競(jìng)技成就,教育背景和社會(huì)關(guān)系(人脈)也是重要的考量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明本科學(xué)歷要比高中學(xué)歷的退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員組織安置率高。4、退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員的就業(yè)安置方向會(huì)受到其家庭情況的影響。父輩是公務(wù)人員/事業(yè)單位或是企業(yè)工作者都會(huì)潛移默化的影響子女的就業(yè)選擇。5、通過(guò)R-型因子分析,得出現(xiàn)階段影響江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)成敗的因素主要有3類,按方差貢獻(xiàn)率大小排列為:自身社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、國(guó)家政策保障、社會(huì)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)6、最后,文章針對(duì)影響江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)成敗主要因素提出針對(duì)江蘇省退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員就業(yè)安置的合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Province has always been a major sports province in China. Athletes in the Olympic Games, the Asian Games for the country to pick gold and silver, the domestic national games are also among the best, while everyone enjoys the joy brought by athletes. Their work arrangements after retirement should be attached importance to, must not be ignored, this is an important proposition related to the sustainable development of competitive sports in Jiangsu, must be clarified and satisfactorily resolved. This article takes some retired athletes in Jiangsu Province as the object of investigation. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, principal factor analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses the present situation of employment and placement of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province and its influencing factors. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by re-test, KMO test and Bartlett test, and the validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by two rounds of expert consultation. The data are analyzed by R- type factor analysis with SPSS software, and three main factors affecting the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province are obtained. The results mainly include the present situation of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, the income status of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, and the main factors affecting the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province. Through the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, among the retired athletes of different competitive special items, the cold door events, such as trampoline, shooting and so on, have relatively high probability of being organized and placed. However, the current relatively hot ping feather net and other small ball game special retired athletes are relatively low in organization placement rate, relatively high rate of self-employment, and have obvious advantages in income. 2, among the retired athletes with different competitive achievements, The retired athletes were mainly concentrated in the national fitness and above, and the retired athletes with relatively low athletic achievement did not have the qualifications to be arranged by the organization. There are also a small number of retired athletes with high athletic achievement who choose to seek their own career. 3. The factors of organization and placement are various, the most important is competitive achievement, educational background and social relationship (network) is also an important criterion. The results show that the organizational placement rate of retired athletes with undergraduate degree is higher than that of retired athletes with high school education. 4. The employment orientation of retired athletes will be affected by their family situation. The parents are public servants, institutions or enterprise workers who will imperceptibly affect their children's choice of employment. Through the R- type factor analysis, it is concluded that there are three main factors that affect the success or failure of the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province at this stage. According to the variance contribution rate, the order is: its own social competitiveness, the national policy guarantee, the social development dynamics 6, finally, Aiming at the main factors influencing the employment success of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for employment placement of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province.
