瑜伽放松術(shù)對(duì)男子武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動(dòng)員血液中BUN、CK和T的影響的研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of yoga relaxation on serum creatine kinase (CK) and testosterone (T) (T) in blood of male martial arts athletes with blood urea nitrogen (BUN),). The change of three indexes shows that yoga relaxation is helpful to the recovery of Wushu routine athletes' physical function, and provides reference for coaches, other provincial sports teams and city martial arts teams below the provincial level. Yoga relaxation can be popularized as a relaxation of martial arts routine athletes. Methods: in this study, 20 male Wushu routine athletes in Shandong Province were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with 10 persons in each group. The experimental group received 12 weeks of yoga relaxation intervention, while the control group did not. The levels of BUN,CK and testosterone (T) in blood were measured and recorded on Monday after 4 weeks (T 1) and 12 weeks (T 4) after 4 weeks (T 2) and 8 weeks (T 3) and 12 weeks later (T 4), respectively. As a whole, the experimental group and the control group adopted repeated measurement analysis of variance, the difference between groups was tested by independent sample T test, and the paired sample T test was used to compare the two groups at different time points. The result of the study was: 1. The results showed that after 12 weeks of yoga relaxation, there was a significant difference in the changes of serum BUN (FT12.166 P0. 000 ~ *) and testosterone (T) (FU 19. 895 P0. 000 *) in the blood of the experimental group. There was no significant difference between the changes of BUN (0.435P0. 729) and testosterone (T) (F0. 912, P0. 364) in the blood of the control group (F0. 869, P0. 469) and that of testosterone (T) (F0. 912, P0. 364). The (BUN) value of blood urea nitrogen: before the experiment (T1) was higher than that in the control group (p0. 875). After 4 weeks of experiment (T 2), the experimental group was lower than the radiation group (p0. 169). After 8 weeks (T3), the experimental group was lower than the control group (p0. 193). After 12 weeks (T4), the experimental group was lower than the control group (p0. 013 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.001 ~ *) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 1 (p _ 0. 000 ~ *) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (p ~ 0. 838) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p0. 019 ~ *) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0. 015 *). In the control group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.839) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 569) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 421) T _ 3 and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (n = 0. 590) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (P ~ 0. 455) T _ 4 lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0. 716) 路3. The serum creatine kinase (CK) level was higher in T 1 group than that in control group (p 0. 840) and T 2 group was lower than that in radiation group (p0. 058). T3 group was higher than that in control group (p0. 036 *). T4 group was higher than that in control group (p0. 009 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was higher than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.001 ~ *) T _ 3 was higher than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.001 ~ *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ (3) T _ 3 high T _ 2 (p _ 0. 016 *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ (0.022) *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 3 (p ~ (0.37). In the control group, T _ 2 was higher than T _ 1 (t=p=0.744), T _ 3 was higher than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 095) T _ 4, T _ 1 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.018 *) T _ 4, T _ 4 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.757) T _ 4, T _ 3 was lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0.432). The results of serum testosterone (T) analysis showed that the level of serum testosterone (T) in T 1 experimental group was lower than that in control group (p0. 974) and T 2 group was lower than that in radiation group (p0. 265). T3 group was lower than that in control group (p0. 194). T4 experimental group was lower than that in control group (p0. 010 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.011 *) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 1 (P ~ 0.001T _ 4) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 2 (p _ 0. 527) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.009 ~ *) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 3 (P ~ (0.004) *). In the control group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.509) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 1 (P _ (0.232) T _ 4) than T _ 1 (P _ (0.371) T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (p _ (0.683) T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p _ (0.754) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 3 (p _ (0.54). Conclusion: 1. Yoga relaxation is conducive to enhance the ability to adapt to the exercise load of Wushu routine athletes, ease fatigue; help to improve the recovery ability of Wushu routine athletes; help to improve the functional state of Wushu routine athletes. 2. Using yoga relaxation to restore relaxation requires long-term persistence to achieve desired results.
