高校籃球課程中“逐層提升教學”模式研究
[Abstract]:The teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is mainly to follow the people-oriented teaching idea, so that students can participate in the teaching actively and realize the process of independent learning and active learning. To find relevant materials, Chinese scholars put forward that the application of hierarchical contract teaching organizational form to the teaching of public sports basketball elective courses with great differences in students' level is conducive to increasing the density of classroom exercises and arousing students' enthusiasm for learning. Take the students as the main body, give full play to the advantages of teaching. The mode of "promoting teaching step by layer" follows the progressive principle, that is, starting from the actual situation of the students, dividing the students' levels scientifically and reasonably, and making dynamic adjustment in the course of teaching at the same time. Students of the same level are relatively fixed and can be adjusted according to the level of learning ability. The students in the lower level can be adjusted to the higher level when they work hard to study at a high level, while the students in the higher group feel very tired when they study. If they can't keep up with the progress, they can change to the lower group to learn, so that "there is something going in and out," At the same time, students are encouraged to help each other and make progress together. According to the goal of improving the students' comprehensive quality and based on the requirements of college physical education, this paper puts forward a "step by step" model for college sports basketball teaching, which originates from further research on the basis of "stratified teaching". Taking 200 students randomly selected from 2013 public sports basketball class of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology as experimental objects, this paper studies how to improve the teaching mode layer by layer in the course of basketball. According to the actual level of the students, the students are divided into groups of different levels, and the students at each level are taught pertinently, using different teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment standards. The experiment results show that "improving teaching step by layer" can meet the requirements of college basketball teaching reform, and can help students to experience the fun and feeling of success in sports. In order to improve students' interest in learning, improve the level of motor skills, lay a solid foundation for lifelong physical education.
