【摘要】：2016年第一屆全國體育院校籃球聯(lián)賽是由全國體育院�；@球錦標(biāo)賽演變而來,并且由四年一屆改為一年一屆,聯(lián)賽秉承著推進(jìn)全國體育院校競賽改革、探索人才培養(yǎng)新模式,進(jìn)一步提高體育院�；@球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練水平和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的目標(biāo),豐富學(xué)子們校園生活,希望為中國職業(yè)籃球輸入新鮮血液,并在不久的將來將覆蓋全國462所體育專業(yè)院校,成為中國的NCAA�；@球比賽中中鋒隊(duì)員作為球隊(duì)的攻守屏障,在比賽中具有十分重要的作用,而在全國體育院校籃球聯(lián)賽的比賽中,身材高大、技術(shù)全面的中鋒球員在賽場上的發(fā)揮與其球隊(duì)的勝負(fù)情況有著直接關(guān)系,因此本文從全國體育院�；@球聯(lián)賽(SCBA)的“發(fā)揮體育院校優(yōu)勢,培養(yǎng)高水平籃球人才”的宗旨出發(fā),通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法和問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)第一屆全國體育院�；@球聯(lián)賽(SCBA)女籃前八名球隊(duì)的中鋒球員在比賽進(jìn)攻過程中進(jìn)攻技術(shù)的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。調(diào)查結(jié)論顯示:SCBA中鋒隊(duì)員的高個(gè)球員較少,體型大多偏瘦,使得在比賽對(duì)抗中優(yōu)勢不大;SCBA中鋒隊(duì)員缺乏比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn),競技水平的發(fā)揮不穩(wěn)定;SCBA中鋒隊(duì)員的得分方式主要是以原地投籃為主,進(jìn)攻得分主要還是以2分球和罰籃得分為主。通過教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的問卷調(diào)查和對(duì)各位專家、裁判員的訪談,認(rèn)為影響中鋒球員比賽中進(jìn)攻技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果的主要因素有:運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體基本條件因素、運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)水平、體能水平、心理水平;對(duì)手的防守情況;教練員因素;裁判員因素;中鋒隊(duì)員針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練因素等。本文最后也提出了提高體院女子籃球進(jìn)攻技術(shù)運(yùn)用的效果的建議:提升體育院校選材質(zhì)量,進(jìn)行科學(xué)選材;針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行技術(shù)訓(xùn)練;科學(xué)的進(jìn)行體能訓(xùn)練;加強(qiáng)體育院校間的交流,促進(jìn)體育院校整體水平的提高;加強(qiáng)教練員培訓(xùn),提高業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)水平;以賽促練,豐富比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn),促進(jìn)技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平的提高,提升比賽作風(fēng);完善對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的訓(xùn)練管理機(jī)制,建立相應(yīng)的訓(xùn)練比賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The first National Sports Academy Basketball League in 2016 was evolved from the National Sports Academy Basketball Championship and changed from once every four years to once a year. The league is committed to promoting the reform of the national sports college competition and exploring a new model of talent training. To further improve the training level of basketball and the quality of talent training in physical education colleges and universities, enrich the campus life of students, hope to import fresh blood into China's professional basketball, and will cover 462 sports professional colleges and universities nationwide in the near future. Become China's NCAA. As the defense and attack barrier of the team, the basketball center players play a very important role in the match, but in the national sports academy basketball league match, they are tall and tall. The exertion of technical center players in the field is directly related to the winning and losing situation of their teams. Therefore, this paper starts from the purpose of "bring into play the advantages of sports colleges and train high-level basketball talents" of the National Basketball Association of China (SCBA). Through literature, expert interview, video observation, mathematical statistics, The logical analysis method and questionnaire method were used to investigate and analyze the application of offensive technique in the attack process of the top eight center players of the (SCBA) women's basketball team in the first National Basketball Academy Basketball League. The results of the investigation show that there are fewer tall players in the SCBA center, and most of them are thin, which makes the SCBA center lack experience in the competition. The main way of scoring for the center of SCBA is to shoot in situ, and the attack is mainly to score 2 points and free throw. Through the questionnaire survey of coaches and athletes and interviews with experts and referees, it is concluded that the main factors that affect the use of offensive techniques in the competition of center forward players are: the basic physical conditions of the athletes, the skill level of the athletes, Physical level, psychological level; the opponent's defense situation; coach factor; referee factor; center player pertinence training factor and so on. At the end of the paper, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effect of attacking technique in women's basketball in physical Education Institute: to improve the quality of material selection in sports colleges and universities, to carry out scientific material selection, to carry out technical training, to carry out physical fitness training scientifically, and to improve the quality of sports colleges and universities. Strengthen the exchange among sports colleges and universities to promote the overall level of physical education, strengthen the training of coaches, improve the level of professional quality, promote training by competition, enrich competition experience, promote the improvement of technical and tactical level, improve the style of competition; Perfect the training management mechanism of the sports team, establish the corresponding training competition reward mechanism.
