循環(huán)訓(xùn)練法在羽毛球教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:隨著近幾年羽毛球的發(fā)展,喜歡羽毛球的人群涉及的范圍也趨向廣泛,不管是在高校還是中小學(xué)甚至延伸到廣大群眾對(duì)羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣十分濃厚,學(xué)習(xí)羽毛球的熱潮也開(kāi)始高漲,羽毛球課開(kāi)始進(jìn)入中學(xué)、高校。對(duì)于能夠提高羽毛球技術(shù)的訓(xùn)練方法和教學(xué)方法也越來(lái)越多,越來(lái)越多樣化,所以本文對(duì)其訓(xùn)練方法和教學(xué)手段進(jìn)行探討,尋求出有效的訓(xùn)練方法,優(yōu)化羽毛球的訓(xùn)練方法,能夠快速掌握和提高羽毛球技術(shù)。本研究以北京體育大學(xué)2013級(jí)體育教育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行具體研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)2013級(jí)大三體育教育專業(yè)羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生隨機(jī)抽樣分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用循環(huán)訓(xùn)練法對(duì)有相似動(dòng)作的羽毛球技術(shù)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練教學(xué),對(duì)照組則采用常規(guī)訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象進(jìn)行技術(shù)測(cè)試和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獲得所需要的數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果:在對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組學(xué)生進(jìn)行了一個(gè)學(xué)期的訓(xùn)練后,不管是循環(huán)訓(xùn)練還是常規(guī)訓(xùn)練,兩種訓(xùn)練方法都能夠有效的提高學(xué)生的羽毛球技術(shù)。但實(shí)驗(yàn)組通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)生技術(shù)測(cè)試成績(jī)要高于對(duì)照組的技術(shù)測(cè)試成績(jī),實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組學(xué)生技術(shù)測(cè)試成績(jī)呈顯著性差異(P0.01或p0.05),說(shuō)明在循環(huán)訓(xùn)練法下訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生對(duì)技術(shù)動(dòng)作的掌握程度要高于常規(guī)教學(xué)法,短時(shí)間內(nèi)有一定的提高,教學(xué)效果明顯。而且通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查顯示,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生通過(guò)循環(huán)訓(xùn)練后,興趣和積極性、相互之間的合作與交流都有所提高,而對(duì)照組在一個(gè)學(xué)期的常規(guī)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練后變化不大。循環(huán)訓(xùn)練法通過(guò)合理的安排有相似動(dòng)作技術(shù)組合循環(huán)重復(fù)練習(xí),不斷地改進(jìn)、固定動(dòng)作,舉一反三的練習(xí),達(dá)到能正確熟練的掌握技術(shù)動(dòng)作,且可以根據(jù)學(xué)生們的掌握情況設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施合理的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方案,不但能夠提高教學(xué)效率,而且還激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和積極性。
[Abstract]:Research objective: with the development of badminton in recent years, the range of people who like badminton tends to be wide, whether in universities, primary and secondary schools, or even extending to the broad masses of people's interest in badminton is very strong. Badminton began to learn the upsurge, badminton classes began to enter middle schools, colleges and universities. There are more and more training methods and teaching methods that can improve badminton technique, so this paper probes into the training methods and teaching methods of badminton, and finds out effective training methods and optimizes the training methods of badminton. Be able to quickly master and improve badminton skills. This study took the badminton students of Beijing physical Education University 2013 as the experimental object. The methods of literature, mathematical statistics, experimental training and questionnaire survey were used to carry out the concrete research. The experimental group was randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group used circular training method to train badminton technique with similar movements, while the control group used routine training. Technical tests and questionnaires were conducted before and after the experiment to obtain the required data. Results: after a semester of training for the experimental group and the control group, both the two training methods can effectively improve the students' badminton skills, whether it is circular training or conventional training. However, after the experimental group passed the experiment, the students' technical test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group (P0.01 or p0.05), which indicated that the students trained under the cyclic training method had higher mastery of the technical action than the conventional teaching method, and the teaching effect was obvious in a short period of time. The questionnaire survey showed that the interest, enthusiasm, cooperation and communication among the students in the experimental group improved after the cycle training, while the control group did not change much after a semester of routine teaching training. Cycle training method through reasonable arrangement of similar action technology combination cycle repeated practice, continuous improvement, fixed movement, practice, to be able to correctly and skillfully master the technical action, Moreover, reasonable teaching contents and programs can be designed and implemented according to the students' mastering situation, which can not only improve the teaching efficiency, but also stimulate the students' interest and enthusiasm in learning.
