北京體育大學(xué)科研發(fā)展的歷史演進(jìn)研究

【摘要】：隨“科技興體”戰(zhàn)略提出,科技對(duì)體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的影響不斷加深,體育領(lǐng)域?qū)萍嫉闹匾暢潭纫踩找嫣岣摺Ｗ鳛橹袊罡唧w育學(xué)府的北京體育大學(xué),在體育科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位,對(duì)反映高校乃至國家體育科研發(fā)展有典型作用。學(xué)校從建校至今親歷了中國體育科研發(fā)展,對(duì)其科研發(fā)展歷程的研究,不僅是紀(jì)實(shí)存史,而且可為分析體育科研發(fā)展和推進(jìn)學(xué)�？蒲泄ぷ魈峁┙梃b與參考。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、歷史分析法和訪談法,以時(shí)間為軸梳理北京體育大學(xué)科研發(fā)展歷程,將其置于中國體育發(fā)展和體育科技變遷的背景下進(jìn)行考量,從科研資源、科研能力和科研績(jī)效三個(gè)維度予以歸納,探究其發(fā)展動(dòng)力、主要特征、成績(jī)與貢獻(xiàn)和不足之處,并在此基礎(chǔ)上窺探中國體育科研發(fā)展,提出未來發(fā)展建議。依據(jù)各個(gè)時(shí)代不同的國家科技政策和體育發(fā)展水平,結(jié)合北京體育大學(xué)建設(shè)發(fā)展的歷史時(shí)段特征,北京體育大學(xué)的科研事業(yè)可劃分為五個(gè)發(fā)展階段:基礎(chǔ)薄弱、在摸索中起步的初創(chuàng)與探索階段(1953-1965年);“文革”下陷入的困難與停滯階段(1966-1976年);撥亂反正、初探改革的調(diào)整與發(fā)展階段(1977-1992年);擴(kuò)大聯(lián)合、銳意進(jìn)取的改革與精進(jìn)階段(1993-2000年);乘勢(shì)而上、面向?qū)嵺`、取得突破成績(jī)的開拓與創(chuàng)新階段(2000-2015年)。北京體育大學(xué)的科研發(fā)展總體上呈現(xiàn)出由緩慢上升至平臺(tái)停滯而后迎來快速攀升的特征,其發(fā)展由內(nèi)外動(dòng)力共同驅(qū)動(dòng),既得益于體育事業(yè)繁榮、國家利好的科技政策和上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷,又源于學(xué)校辦學(xué)目標(biāo)指引、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面重視、管理部門真抓實(shí)干、各部門協(xié)作和師生共同努力,因而,取得了顯著成績(jī):科研資源豐富,人才力量充實(shí),科研管理專業(yè)規(guī)范、課題來源廣泛,外源性經(jīng)費(fèi)屢創(chuàng)新高,科研產(chǎn)出量多質(zhì)優(yōu),成果豐碩,為國家體育事業(yè)發(fā)展提供科技支撐方面做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。但同時(shí),也存在研究?jī)?nèi)容分布不均衡,學(xué)風(fēng)浮躁,功利導(dǎo)向明顯,熱點(diǎn)問題跟盡快,基礎(chǔ)理論、實(shí)用性不強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)域往往未得到應(yīng)有的重視,科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化率有限、認(rèn)識(shí)存在局限,跨學(xué)科跨領(lǐng)域的綜合研究組織存在困難等問題。在建設(shè)世界一流體育大學(xué)的目標(biāo)激勵(lì)下,學(xué)校應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)科研管理與人才培養(yǎng);促進(jìn)科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化;加強(qiáng)聯(lián)系合作與學(xué)術(shù)交流,組織跨學(xué)科綜合研究,推進(jìn)體育科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展;堅(jiān)持不同研究領(lǐng)域齊發(fā)展,打造中國體育智庫,爭(zhēng)取為中國體育科研事業(yè)騰飛持續(xù)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the influence of science and technology on the development of sports has been deepened, and the importance of science and technology in sports field has been increased day by day. As the highest physical education institution in China, Beijing University of physical Education occupies a pivotal position in the field of sports science research, and has a typical role in reflecting the development of sports scientific research in colleges and universities and even in the country. The school has experienced the development of sports scientific research in China since its establishment. The research on the course of its scientific research development is not only a historical record, but also a reference for the analysis of the development of sports scientific research and the promotion of school scientific research work. By using the methods of literature, history analysis and interview, this paper combs the course of scientific research development of Beijing University of physical Education on the axis of time, and puts it under the background of the development of Chinese sports and the changes of sports science and technology, from the perspective of scientific research resources. The three dimensions of scientific research ability and scientific research performance are summarized to explore its development motivation, main characteristics, achievements and contributions and deficiencies, and on this basis to explore the development of sports research in China, and put forward suggestions for future development. According to the different national scientific and technological policies and the level of sports development in different times and the historical characteristics of the construction and development of Beijing physical Education University, the scientific research of Beijing physical Education University can be divided into five stages: weak foundation. The initial and exploratory stages of exploration (1953-1965); the difficulties and stagnation in the "Cultural Revolution" (1966-1976); the adjustment and development stage of the initial reform (1977-1992); and the expansion of the alliance. The stage of enterprising reform and improvement (1993-2000); the stage of pioneering and innovating to achieve breakthrough achievements (2000-2015). The scientific research development of Beijing physical Education University has the characteristics of rising from slow rise to platform stagnation and then rising rapidly. Its development is driven by both internal and external power, and it has benefited from the prosperity of sports cause. The favorable science and technology policy of the country and the concern of the superior leaders also come from the guidance of the school running goal, the attention of the leadership level, the actual work of the management department, the cooperation of all the departments and the joint efforts of the teachers and students. Thus, remarkable achievements have been made: abundant scientific research resources, The talent strength is abundant, the scientific research management profession standard, the topic source is widespread, the exogenous funds repeatedly sets the record, the scientific research output quantity is many and the quality is excellent, the achievement is abundant, provides the science and technology support aspect to the national sports enterprise development to make the positive contribution. But at the same time, there are also areas where the content of the research is uneven, the style of study is impetuous, the utilitarian orientation is obvious, the hot issues are followed as soon as possible, the basic theory, and the practicability are not always given due attention, and the conversion rate of scientific research results is limited. There are limitations in understanding and difficulties in cross-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary research organizations. Encouraged by the goal of building a world-class physical education university, the school should give full play to its advantages, continue to strengthen scientific research management and personnel training, promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, strengthen contacts, cooperation and academic exchanges, and organize interdisciplinary and comprehensive research. To promote the cooperative and innovative development of sports science and technology, to persist in the joint development of different research fields, to build a Chinese sports think tank, and to strive for a sustained contribution to the rapid development of Chinese sports scientific research.
