【摘要】：隨著國內網球發(fā)展變快,學習網球人口越來越多,對網球教練要求更為嚴格。目的在于對我國業(yè)余網球教練通過現狀分析,找到存在問題,為網球教練員的培養(yǎng),提供更多理論數據,為中國業(yè)余網球教練提供發(fā)展方向。采用專家訪談法、問卷調查法、文獻資料法對我國業(yè)余網球教練員進行調查分析。得出結論:1)調查對象中業(yè)余網球教練員基本狀況為:男女比例為4:1,男女比例不均衡;年齡中青年為主;學歷較高;運動等級二級及以下為主;在證書方面中級及以下占據96.5%,缺乏高級教練員;訓練經歷以非專業(yè)運動員為主。2)調查對象中業(yè)余網球教練執(zhí)教相關狀況:教齡偏短;學習以自學與參加培訓班為主;收入較高。3)調查對象中知識結構;網球知識、輔助性知識得分相對較高,體育基礎知識掌握相對較差。4)調查對象中業(yè)余網球教練員能力結構:教學能力一般;訓練能力、管理能力、創(chuàng)新能力較差。5)調查對象中業(yè)余網球教練工作比較穩(wěn)定、大部分業(yè)余網球教練喜歡網球工作、網球教練在敬業(yè)方面做的不是太好、業(yè)余網球教練不夠自信。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic tennis, more and more people learn tennis, more strict requirements for tennis coaches. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation of Chinese amateur tennis coaches, to find out the existing problems, to provide more theoretical data for the training of tennis coaches, and to provide the developing direction for Chinese amateur tennis coaches. An investigation and analysis of amateur tennis coaches in China were carried out by means of expert interview, questionnaire investigation and literature review. Conclusion 1) the basic status of amateur tennis coaches in the survey is as follows: the ratio of male to female is 4: 1, the ratio of male and female is not balanced, the age and youth are dominant, the academic background is higher, the sports grade is secondary and below; In terms of certificates, the number of middle level tennis coaches is 96.5, lacking of senior coaches; the training experience is mainly non-professional athletes. 2) among the survey subjects, the teaching experience of amateur tennis coaches is short, the main learning is self-study and participation in training courses; Higher income (3) knowledge structure in the survey subjects, relatively high score of tennis knowledge and supplementary knowledge, and relatively poor mastery of basic knowledge of physical education) the aptitude structure of amateur tennis coaches in the survey subjects: average teaching ability; training ability; Most amateur tennis coaches like tennis work, tennis coaches do not do too well in terms of professionalism, amateur tennis coaches are not self-confident.
