【摘要】：廣東省男排有著輝煌的成就,70年代的廣東省男排引領(lǐng)著中國的排球運(yùn)動(dòng),但是隨著排球運(yùn)動(dòng)競技的提高和自身成績的大幅度下滑,導(dǎo)致90年代的廣東省男排在長達(dá)五年的時(shí)間內(nèi)都處于解散狀態(tài),雖然在1998年隊(duì)伍重新組建,而五年的后備人才的空白期,造成蕭條的后備人才鏈無法滿足廣東省男排的需求,最終導(dǎo)致曾經(jīng)成績卓越的廣東省男排逐漸走向沒落,想要使廣東省男排再次崛起,必須找到并解決男排各級(jí)梯隊(duì)建設(shè)中所存在的缺陷,并不斷探索找出適合自身的發(fā)展策略。本課題運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、實(shí)地考察法等研究方法,通過詳細(xì)的調(diào)查研究廣東省男排梯隊(duì)(青年隊(duì)和少年隊(duì))建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,探索并找出廣東省男子排球在后備梯隊(duì)建設(shè)方面所存在的問題與不足,促進(jìn)廣東省男排后備人才培養(yǎng)和梯隊(duì)建設(shè)的完善,提高廣東省男排后備梯隊(duì)的質(zhì)量,為廣東省男排的振興和長久發(fā)展提供有益的參考。研究結(jié)果顯示:1.廣東省男排后備梯隊(duì)本土球員匱乏,外來球員引進(jìn)過度。2.廣東省男排后備梯隊(duì)訓(xùn)練和恢復(fù)手段單一,各級(jí)球隊(duì)訓(xùn)練、恢復(fù)和保護(hù)設(shè)施不夠完善,運(yùn)動(dòng)員傷病發(fā)生機(jī)率偏高。3.廣東省男排后備梯隊(duì)培養(yǎng)單位對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化學(xué)習(xí)不夠重視(特別是二隊(duì)),運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾依然突出,運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高。4.廣東省舉辦相關(guān)賽事偏少,男排后備梯隊(duì)競賽資金投入不足,競賽制度和競賽管理不夠完善,運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽機(jī)會(huì)偏少,比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)明顯欠缺。5.運(yùn)動(dòng)員保障機(jī)制不夠完善。6.廣東省男排后備梯隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員檔案和獎(jiǎng)懲制度有待完善,教練員整體能力和科學(xué)意識(shí)需要加強(qiáng),梯隊(duì)教練員團(tuán)隊(duì)整體建設(shè)有待提高。7.廣東省男排青年隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員及家長對(duì)于走職業(yè)化道路的向往指數(shù)較低。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Men's Volleyball team has brilliant achievements. In the 1970s, Guangdong Men's Volleyball team led volleyball in China, but with the improvement of volleyball athletics and the decline of their own achievements, As a result, the Guangdong men's volleyball team in the 1990s was disbanded for up to five years. Although the team was reorganized in 1998, and the blank period of five years of reserve talent, the depressed reserve talent chain was unable to meet the demand of the Guangdong men's volleyball team. In order to make the men's volleyball of Guangdong Province rise again, it is necessary to find and solve the defects in the construction of echelons of the men's volleyball team at all levels, and constantly explore the development strategy suitable for themselves. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation and so on, this paper studies the current situation of the construction of men's volleyball echelons (youth and youth teams) in Guangdong Province through detailed investigation. This paper explores and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the construction of reserve echelon in Guangdong men's volleyball, promotes the training of reserve talents and the improvement of echelon construction in Guangdong men's volleyball, and improves the quality of the reserve echelon of men's volleyball in Guangdong Province. For the men's volleyball team in Guangdong Province for the revitalization and long-term development to provide a useful reference. The results of the study show that 1: 1. Guangdong Province men's volleyball reserve echelon local players are scarce, foreign players imported excessive. 2. Guangdong men's volleyball reserve echelon training and recovery means are single, teams at all levels of training, recovery and protection facilities are not perfect, athletes have a high incidence of injuries. 3. Guangdong men's volleyball reserve echelon training units pay less attention to athletes' cultural learning (especially the second team), athletes' learning and training contradictions are still prominent, athletes' interest in learning is not high. 4. Guangdong Province held a few related events, the men's volleyball reserve echelon competition funds insufficient investment, competition system and competition management is not perfect, athletes less opportunities to participate, competition experience is obviously lacking. 5. Athlete safeguard mechanism is not perfect. The file and reward and punishment system of reserve echelon players in Guangdong men's volleyball team need to be perfected, the overall ability and scientific consciousness of coaches need to be strengthened, and the overall construction of echelon coaches team needs to be improved. Guangdong men's volleyball youth team athletes and parents to take the professional road yearning index is low.
