體育場館資源無形資產(chǎn)的開發(fā)與管理研究

【摘要】：體育場館資源作為服務(wù)設(shè)施存在于社會之中,除了本身具有的實體資產(chǎn)外,背后還蘊含著巨大的無形資產(chǎn)。無形資產(chǎn)作為體育場館資源資產(chǎn)的重要組成內(nèi)容,從各方面影響著體育場館整體價值的大小。為探索體育場館資源的無形資產(chǎn),發(fā)揮體育場館資源的最大功能,促進體育場館資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從探索體育場館資源的無形資產(chǎn)角度出發(fā),運用文獻資料、邏輯推理等研究方法,結(jié)合體育場館資源無形資產(chǎn)內(nèi)容與特征,認為體育場館資源的區(qū)域布局位置、場館環(huán)境、賽事舉辦、規(guī)模與管理理念等是影響其無形資產(chǎn)開發(fā)的重要因素。立足當前體育場館資源無形資產(chǎn)管理存在的問題,提出推動無形資產(chǎn)保護的法律法規(guī)建設(shè)、建立健全無形資產(chǎn)的評估體系、重視理論與實踐的結(jié)合研究、培養(yǎng)具有專業(yè)知識的管理人才是促進體育場館資源無形資產(chǎn)開發(fā)與管理的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:As service facilities, stadiums and gymnasiums exist in the society. Besides their own physical assets, there are also huge intangible assets behind them. As an important component of stadiums resource assets, intangible assets affect the whole value of stadiums and gymnasiums. In order to explore the intangible assets of stadiums and stadiums, give play to the greatest function of stadiums and stadiums, and promote the sustainable development of stadiums and stadiums, from the angle of exploring the intangible assets of stadiums and stadiums, the paper applies the literature. Logical reasoning and other research methods, combined with the content and characteristics of intangible assets of stadiums and gymnasiums, it is considered that the regional layout of stadiums and stadiums, the environment of stadiums and the holding of sports events, Scale and management idea are the important factors that affect the development of intangible assets. Based on the problems existing in the management of intangible assets of stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper puts forward the following points: to promote the construction of laws and regulations for the protection of intangible assets, to establish and improve the evaluation system of intangible assets, and to attach importance to the combination of theory and practice. Cultivating management talents with professional knowledge is an effective way to promote the development and management of intangible assets of stadiums and gymnasiums.
