【摘要】：本研究選取廈門市這一具有一定代表性的城市作為研究地區(qū),彌補了前人研究范圍的寬廣性,研究更具針對性;并且從社會文化角度看,把武術館作為社會系統(tǒng)的組成部分,融合廈門的社會和文化發(fā)展的背景下,進行多維度的研究,從更廣闊的角度梳理武術館在現(xiàn)代城市中的生存與發(fā)展演進過程,為經濟發(fā)達、文化繁榮的中小型城市的武術館可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提供一些具有理論價值與實踐意義的資料,為相關部門策劃、管理和武術實踐工作提供科學依據(jù)。廈門市各類武術館及武術培訓中心約三十多家中,本人走訪調查了其中28家,并從武術館管理、教練員隊伍、教學訓練狀況、組織活動情況等方面,對廈門市武術館校做了較全面的調查研究,詳細地闡述和分析其歷史發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,指出武術館在廈門城市發(fā)展進程中存在的主要問題:政府部門支持力度不夠,武術社團作用沒有得到很好的發(fā)揮;部分武術館選址不合理;武術館管理者具有局限性,辦館思路和形式具有局限性;教練員整體素質有待提高;教學內容設置有較大改善余地;資金短缺,活動開展狀況不理想;宣傳力度不夠,方式較單一;武術館設施不夠完善等問題。根據(jù)存在的問題,并結合廈門市武術館作用及其城市的發(fā)展和特點,提出針對性對策:充分利用新時期國家扶持體育產業(yè)發(fā)展政策;充分發(fā)揮武協(xié)作用;提高館長的管理水平,制定科學化、可行性高的規(guī)章制度;拓寬辦館思路和形式;提升教練員隊伍;完善教學訓練內容;將武德教育落實到習武者日常行為中;積極組織學員進行公開演出和比賽;改善物質條件,進一步完備館內設施。
[Abstract]:This study selects Xiamen, a representative city as the research area, to make up for the broad scope of previous research, more targeted research; and from the point of view of social culture, martial arts as a part of the social system, Under the background of the integration of Xiamen's social and cultural development, the multi-dimensional research is carried out to sort out the survival and development process of martial arts schools in modern cities from a broader perspective. The sustainable development of wushu schools in small and medium-sized cities with prosperous culture provides some information of theoretical and practical significance and provides scientific basis for planning, management and martial arts practice of relevant departments. Of the more than 30 martial arts schools and training centers in Xiamen, I have visited 28 of them. I have also investigated 28 of them from the aspects of martial arts management, coaches, teaching and training status, organization and activities, etc. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation and study on Xiamen Wushu School, expounds and analyzes its historical development, present situation and influencing factors in detail, and points out the main problems of Wushu School in the development process of Xiamen City: insufficient support from government departments. The role of martial arts associations has not been well brought into play; some martial arts schools have unreasonable location; the managers of martial arts schools have limitations; the thinking and form of running martial arts schools have limitations; the overall quality of coaches needs to be improved; There is great room for improvement in teaching contents; funds are short and activities are not well carried out; propaganda is not enough and the way is relatively simple; the facilities of martial arts schools are not perfect enough and so on. According to the existing problems, combined with the function of the martial arts school in Xiamen and the development and characteristics of the city, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: making full use of the national policy of supporting the development of the sports industry in the new period, giving full play to the role of the martial arts association, improving the management level of the curator, To establish scientific and feasible rules and regulations; to broaden the ideas and forms of running the library; to enhance the team of coaches; to improve the content of teaching and training; to implement the education of martial arts into the daily behavior of martial arts practitioners; to actively organize students to perform and compete in public; Improve material conditions and further complete the facilities in the library.
