【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、邏輯歸納等研究方法,對(duì)世界體育多極化發(fā)展特征進(jìn)行分析,指出了中國(guó)體育在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得的成績(jī)與存在的問題,提出了中國(guó)體育要保持國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),必須明確指導(dǎo)思想,從提升體育發(fā)展政策的整合性與融合性、創(chuàng)新后備人才培養(yǎng)模式、構(gòu)建高校高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員管理與培養(yǎng)體系、合理布局運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目、研發(fā)"高精尖"體育賽事用品、壯大職業(yè)體育賽事活動(dòng)、調(diào)動(dòng)社會(huì)力量發(fā)展體育積極性、激發(fā)全民體育運(yùn)動(dòng)參與意識(shí)等方面突破和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and logical induction, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the multipolarization of sports in the world, and points out the achievements and problems of Chinese sports in the international competition. It is pointed out that in order to maintain the international competitive advantage of Chinese sports, it is necessary to make clear the guiding ideology, to improve the integration and integration of sports development policies, to innovate the training mode of reserve talents, and to construct the management and training system of high-level athletes in colleges and universities. Rational distribution of sports items, research and development of "elite" sports items, expansion of professional sports events, mobilization of social forces to develop sports enthusiasm, stimulate the awareness of participation in sports and other aspects of the breakthrough and development.
