【摘要】：近年來(lái)研究職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)題的相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)日漸增多,本文根據(jù)已有的研究結(jié)果和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)期刊,針對(duì)河南省優(yōu)秀女足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。我國(guó)女足近年比賽成績(jī)喜人,更有2016年里約奧約會(huì)進(jìn)入前八強(qiáng)的喜人戰(zhàn)績(jī),河南籍女足運(yùn)動(dòng)員更是屢屢出現(xiàn)在國(guó)家隊(duì)的比賽隊(duì)伍中,如董佳寶,王瑩,更有河南籍小將婁佳惠,代表國(guó)家征戰(zhàn)里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)。做好女足運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,對(duì)保障河南省女足事業(yè)的快速健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以河南省優(yōu)秀女足運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,針對(duì)河南省優(yōu)秀女足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)題方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過(guò)探索在足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題和難題,對(duì)這些問(wèn)題和難題加以分析,以期為河南省優(yōu)秀女足隊(duì)員的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提供一定理論支持和指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究得到以下結(jié)論:1.河南優(yōu)秀女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員多數(shù)對(duì)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)題認(rèn)知不足,不明白職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)題的重要性。2.規(guī)劃意識(shí)較低,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃知識(shí)的普及程度有待提高。3.河南省優(yōu)秀女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃過(guò)程中自我定位不準(zhǔn)確;規(guī)劃的方法不當(dāng);實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,不能達(dá)到預(yù)期結(jié)果。4.河南省優(yōu)秀女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員普遍存在制定職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃較晚的現(xiàn)象。5.運(yùn)動(dòng)員在役期間,只注重專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)的提高,忽視了自身其他專長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展,運(yùn)動(dòng)技能比較單一,導(dǎo)致在以后工作生活的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于劣勢(shì)。6.教練員及家長(zhǎng)教師對(duì)于有關(guān)生涯規(guī)劃問(wèn)題了解較少,沒(méi)有規(guī)劃方面的專業(yè)知識(shí),不能有效指導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行正確的、符合自身?xiàng)l件的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are more and more academic documents on career planning. According to the existing research results and related literature journals, this paper focuses on the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province. In recent years, China's women's soccer team has achieved gratifying results, and the 2016 Rio Olympic Games have reached the top eight, and Henan women's soccer players have frequently appeared in the national team, such as Dong Jiabao, Wang Ying, and Henan young star Lou Jia-hui. To represent the country in the Rio Olympics. It is of great significance to ensure the rapid and healthy development of women's football in Henan Province. This paper takes the present situation of career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province as the research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, and so on. According to the investigation on the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the problems and problems existing in the process of career planning of football players. In order to provide some theoretical support and guidance for the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province. Through investigation and study, the following conclusion is drawn: 1. Most of the excellent female soccer players in Henan have insufficient understanding of the problem of career planning, and do not understand the importance of the problem of career planning. Planning awareness is low, career planning knowledge needs to be improved. 3. 3. Henan excellent female soccer players in the process of career planning is not accurate; planning methods are inappropriate; practice is weak, can not achieve the expected results .4. Henan Province excellent female soccer players generally have the phenomenon of late career planning. 5. During the period of service, athletes only pay attention to the improvement of special sports performance, ignoring the development of their own other specialties, and their sports skills are relatively single, resulting in a disadvantage of .6in the future competition between work and life. Coaches and parents and teachers do not know much about career planning and do not have the professional knowledge of planning and can not effectively guide athletes to carry out correct career planning in accordance with their own conditions.
