【摘要】：隨著近幾年乒乓球規(guī)則的改變,新材料的使用,促使乒乓球技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)正手反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)均衡的現(xiàn)象,國(guó)人以正手為主要進(jìn)攻方式的傳統(tǒng)觀念有所改變,教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員越來(lái)越重視反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的訓(xùn)練和應(yīng)用。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、三段指標(biāo)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、比較分析法、邏輯分析法等方法對(duì)張繼科、馬龍、樊振東、奧恰洛夫、水谷隼五位世界優(yōu)秀乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)五位優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的視頻統(tǒng)計(jì),比較我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員與外國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在反手技術(shù)上的差別,總結(jié)乒乓球技術(shù)發(fā)展的一些共性和規(guī)律性問(wèn)題,以及我國(guó)選手技術(shù)上的不足,為我國(guó)乒乓球今后的訓(xùn)練和比賽提供參考。通過(guò)研究得出如下結(jié)論:1、通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)馬龍和水谷隼技術(shù)均衡較為全面;樊振東和張繼科反手技術(shù)側(cè)擰特點(diǎn)突出,奧卡洛夫反手力量大、速度快,相持能力較強(qiáng)。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)顯示乒乓球反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)在比賽中占據(jù)越來(lái)越重要的位置,反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越多,呈現(xiàn)出正反手均衡的狀態(tài)。2、五位運(yùn)動(dòng)員的40場(chǎng)比賽統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,發(fā)搶段和接搶段主要運(yùn)用的反手技術(shù)是反手直接擰拉和連續(xù)的擺短,反手的戰(zhàn)術(shù)策略以反手斜線為主,反手左右調(diào)動(dòng)直線和斜線,以此爭(zhēng)取主動(dòng)進(jìn)攻。3、通過(guò)對(duì)比賽視頻的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),運(yùn)動(dòng)員在接搶段、發(fā)搶段、相持段,反手技術(shù)進(jìn)攻明顯增多。主動(dòng)對(duì)抗,正反手全力拼搶是未來(lái)乒乓球發(fā)展的主流方向。4、本研究只是針對(duì)乒乓球反手技戰(zhàn)術(shù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展的一個(gè)初步探討,還有更多的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律需要進(jìn)一步深入研究,希望本研究能對(duì)今后的運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽和訓(xùn)練提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the change of table tennis rules and the use of new materials in recent years, the technique of table tennis has been developing continuously, and the balance of forehand and backhand techniques and tactics has appeared. Video observation method, three-stage index statistics method, mathematical statistics method, comparative analysis method, logic analysis method were used to analyze the backhand skills and tactics of five world elite table tennis players, such as Zhang Jike, Malong, Fan Zhendong, Ocharov and Shuigu Falcon. This paper summarizes some common and regular problems in the development of table tennis skills and the shortcomings of Chinese players, and provides reference for the future training and competition of table tennis in China. The data show that the backhand technique and tactics of table tennis occupy more and more important position in the game, and the backhand technique and tactics are more and more used, showing a balanced state of forehand and backhand. 2. Statistical results of 40 matches of five athletes show that serve and snatch section. The backhand technique used in the receiving and snatching section is the backhand direct twist and pull and continuous swing short. The backhand tactics are mainly backhand diagonal line. The backhand moves the straight line and diagonal line from left to right to strive for the initiative attack. 3. Through the study of the competition video, it is found that the players in the receiving and snatching section, the starting and snatching section, the stalemate section, the backhand technical attack increased significantly. Confrontation and the full-strength struggle between the forehand and backhand are the mainstream direction of the development of table tennis in the future. 4. This study is only a preliminary discussion on the status quo and development of backhand techniques and tactics in table tennis. There are still more technical and tactical characteristics and laws that need to be further studied. It is hoped that this study can provide reference value for future sports competitions and training.
