【摘要】：國際奧委會與聯(lián)合國難民署共同倡議、推動(dòng)并組建了里約奧運(yùn)會難民代表隊(duì),為全球難民治理理念和機(jī)制的更新提供了范例。難民代表隊(duì)有助于提升全球難民治理的能力體系,彰顯了國際奧委會的普世倫理與價(jià)值,提醒國際社會應(yīng)加強(qiáng)難民群體的權(quán)利救濟(jì)與人文關(guān)懷。然而,難民代表隊(duì)的組成與固有的奧林匹克理念與框架之間產(chǎn)生一定的矛盾,其象征局限性也離難民安全健康狀況的改善存在一定的差距。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮體育在促進(jìn)全球難民治理、推動(dòng)世界和平與發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的作用與價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) jointly promoted and formed the Rio Olympic refugee team, which provides an example for the renewal of global refugee governance concepts and mechanisms. The refugee team helps to enhance the capacity system of global refugee governance, demonstrates the universal ethics and value of the IOC, and reminds the international community to strengthen the rights relief and humanistic care of the refugee group. However, there is a certain contradiction between the composition of the refugee team and the inherent Olympic concept and framework, and its symbolic limitations are still far from the improvement of the safety and health status of the refugees. We should give full play to the role and value of sport in promoting global refugee governance and promoting world peace and development.
