石家莊市城區(qū)從業(yè)游泳救生員現(xiàn)狀調查研究

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,游泳健身行列中的人也不斷增多,但游泳運動又屬于高危、高風險、高參與度的運動。游泳救生員在這項運動中,扮演極其重要的角色。當前游泳救生員崗位存在著諸多的問題,石家莊市作為河北省的省會城市,對于引領省內(nèi)其他城市救生事業(yè)的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的示范和帶頭作用。因此本文目的在于通過對石家莊市城區(qū)游泳救生員的調查研究,解決或完善發(fā)展中存在的問題,從而提高石家莊市游泳救生員隊伍的整體水平,為有效推進石家莊市游泳救生員隊伍的發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)。本文通過:文獻資料法、問卷調查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,從救生員全年配置數(shù)量情況、基本狀況、工作狀況、培訓與管理狀況、工作滿意度的影響因素方面對石家莊市城區(qū)從業(yè)游泳救生員現(xiàn)狀進行調查研究,研究結果顯示:(1)石家莊市城區(qū)季節(jié)因素使配備救生員數(shù)量有明顯規(guī)律變化,夏季健身高峰期配備200~210名救生員。冬季為游泳健身的低潮期救生員流失嚴重,總計缺少92~102名救生員。(2)男性救生員占整體92%;初級救生員占總人數(shù)的92.3%;本科學歷占從業(yè)人數(shù)的主體,占整體人數(shù)的76.9%。(3)專職救生員僅占救生崗位總體的30.1%;66.7%的救生員每日連續(xù)工作時間超過8小時;94.8%的救生員月收入在2000元以下;有62.2%的游泳救生員是自主應聘上崗的;有66.7%的兼職救生員沒有與其單位簽訂勞務合同。(4)石家莊市資質考核通過的救生員共計389人,自覺參加年審的僅占總數(shù)的45%。(5)石家莊市游泳救生員總體工作滿意度得分均值僅為1.48,滿意度水平非常低;不同年齡、學歷的救生員對工作的滿意度均有顯著性差異(sig.0.05);工作時長、收入對工作滿意度存在顯著負相關關系(sig.0.05)具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:(1)石家莊市城區(qū)游泳救生員就職人員數(shù)量與季節(jié)有直接關系,夏季用人多,全年人員流動性很大;兼職游泳救生員比例高;市場管理不規(guī)范,部分游泳館救生人員配置不規(guī)范,個別游泳館有無證上崗現(xiàn)象。(2)石家莊市城區(qū)游泳救生員以初級為主,男性為主,整體文化水平較高;兼職救生員趨于年輕化,專職救生員以中年人居多。(3)石家莊市城區(qū)游泳救生員以自主應聘上崗為主,其工資待遇偏低、工作時間偏長、勞動保障不夠規(guī)范。(4)在救生員培養(yǎng)和管理方面,石家莊市培養(yǎng)游泳救生員的數(shù)量逐年呈遞增趨勢,但年審制度需進一步規(guī)范。(5)石家莊市城區(qū)從業(yè)游泳救生員的工作滿意度評價整體偏低,主要影響工作滿意度的因素有:人口特征因素、工作本身因素、投入產(chǎn)出因素。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the number of people in swimming and fitness ranks is also increasing, but swimming is a high risk, high participation sports. Swimming lifeguards play an extremely important role in this sport. As the capital city of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang City plays an important role in demonstrating and leading the development of life-saving undertakings in other cities in Hebei Province. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to solve or perfect the problems existing in the development of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang city, so as to improve the overall level of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang City. To effectively promote the development of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang City to provide a certain theoretical basis. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper analyzes the quantity, basic condition, work condition, training and management of lifeguards in the whole year. In the aspect of influencing factors of job satisfaction, the present situation of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang city is investigated. The results show that: (1) seasonal factors of Shijiazhuang city make the number of lifeguards change obviously. The summer fitness peak is equipped with 200 to 210 lifeguards. In winter, there is a serious loss of lifeguards during the low tide of swimming and fitness, with a total shortage of 92, 102 lifeguards. (2) male lifeguards make up the whole 922.The junior lifeguards account for 92.3 percent of the total number of lifeguards, and the bachelor's degree accounts for the main part of the total number of lifeguards. (3) Full-time lifeguards only accounted for 30.1% of the total lifesaving posts, and 66.7% of lifeguards worked continuously for more than 8 hours per day, 94.8% of lifeguards earned less than 2000 yuan per month, 62.2% of swimming lifeguards were self-employed. 66.7% of part-time lifeguards did not sign labor contracts with their units. (4) 389 lifeguards passed the qualification examination in Shijiazhuang. (5) the average total job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang City was only 1.48, the level of satisfaction was very low; there were significant differences in job satisfaction (sig.0.05) among lifeguards of different ages and degrees (sig.0.05); There was a significant negative correlation between income and job satisfaction (sig.0.05). Conclusion: (1) the number of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang city is directly related to the season. Some of the lifeguards of the swimming pool are not standardized, and individual swimming centers have the phenomenon of taking up posts without a license. (2) the swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang City are mainly primary, mainly male, and the overall cultural level is relatively high; the part-time lifeguards tend to be younger, The full-time lifeguards are mostly middle-aged. (3) Swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang City are mainly self-employed, their wages are on the low side, the working hours are too long, and the labor security is not standardized. (4) in the aspect of training and management of lifeguards, The number of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang city is increasing year by year, but the annual examination system needs to be further standardized. (5) the evaluation of job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards in Shijiazhuang city is on the whole low. The main factors affecting job satisfaction are: population characteristics, job itself, input and output.
