【摘要】：伴隨著人民生活水平的提高,少年兒童羽毛球培訓被大眾所接受,逐漸走入人們的生活。社會少年兒童羽毛球培訓存在的問題慢慢浮出水面:羽毛球教學過多追求手法練習,忽視步法練習;沒有遵循相關兒童體育鍛煉原則。為此,筆者從點出發(fā),由點到面來解決社會兒童羽毛球培訓存在的問題,特在步法教學方面進行研究,從根本上解決“重手法,輕步法”現(xiàn)象。使學生主動積極地學習步法,在收獲快樂的同時又打下了扎實的基本功。少年兒童在羽毛球步法教學同樣問題突顯:注意力不集中、協(xié)調能力差、動作不準確、學的快忘的快、步法學習枯燥乏味、學生興趣不是很高漲。同時在體育教學中,存在著大量的遷移和干擾現(xiàn)象,這種現(xiàn)象極大地助長或阻礙著運動技能掌握的進程。如何使枯燥乏味的步法成為學生學習的中心,使學生自發(fā)學習和領會步法,減少外界因素對技術動作的干擾,建立正確的動力定型是羽毛球教學的難點。在羽毛球運動中,羽毛球手法技術的發(fā)揮受步法快慢和步法正確與否所影響。羽毛球飛行速度快,落點多變,有良好的合理的步法做支撐才能保證擊球動作合理協(xié)調,“腳上七分,手上三分”就是這個道理。而步法的練習往往是枯燥乏味的,所以孩子更加喜愛羽毛球手法教學。相對于手法學習來說,步法練習枯燥乏味,孩子們在學習過程中更加傾向于手法練習。因此在學習羽毛球課堂上的具有創(chuàng)新性的興趣步法教學法可以誘導學生建立正確的動力定型,減少錯誤動作的出現(xiàn),提高學生對學習步法的積極性,更有效地的掌握步法,使教學效果得到顯著提高�！罢T導性游戲教學法”是一套系統(tǒng)的羽毛球步法教學法,為少年兒童羽毛球教學中步法教學提供一種新的教學方式。這種教學法是在傳統(tǒng)羽毛球步法教學的基礎上創(chuàng)立的,內容一部分是借鑒參考,另一部分是自我創(chuàng)新,誘導性游戲教學法具有系統(tǒng)性、誘導性、創(chuàng)新性、高效性、娛樂性等特點�？梢哉T導學生建立正確的動力定型減少錯誤動作的出現(xiàn),學習高效化,使學生系統(tǒng)的、準確的、積極的掌握羽毛球步法,達到快樂教學的目的。本文通過采用文獻資料法、數理統(tǒng)計法、專家訪談法、問卷調查法、實驗法,展開對羽毛球步法教學的研究,“誘導性游戲教學法”對7-12歲少年兒童羽毛球步法教學運用,筆者將7-12歲分為兩個年齡段,分別是7-9歲、10-12歲進行研究,每個年齡段分實驗組和對照組,實驗組、對照組控制相關因素后進行教學,實驗組運用“誘導性游戲教學法”進行步法教學,對照組運用傳統(tǒng)教學法進行步法教學,教學內容結束后對實驗組、對照組實施一般身體素質測試、專項身體素質測試和專項步法測試、學員步法學習興趣調查以及家長滿意度調查。收集整理分析數據得出結論:采用“誘導性游戲教學法”進行步法教學,學員專項身體素質得到提升,步法教學效果顯著提高,家長滿意度明顯提升。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards, badminton training for children has been accepted by the public and gradually entered people's lives. The problems of badminton training for children in society have gradually surfaced: badminton teaching excessively pursues skill training, ignores footwork training; does not follow the relevant principles of children's physical training. Starting from the point to the surface to solve the social problems of children's badminton training, especially in footwork teaching research, fundamentally solve the "heavy technique, light footwork" phenomenon, so that students actively learn footwork, in the harvest of happiness and at the same time laid a solid foundation. Children in Badminton Footwork teaching the same problem. Highlights: lack of concentration, poor coordination ability, inaccurate movements, fast forgetting, boring footwork learning, student interest is not very high. At the same time, there are a large number of transfer and interference in sports teaching, this phenomenon greatly promotes or hinders the process of mastering sports skills. How to make boring progress into It is difficult for badminton teaching to make students learn and understand footwork spontaneously, reduce the interference of external factors on technical movements, and establish correct dynamic stereotype. And footwork practice is often boring, so children prefer badminton teaching. Compared with the technique learning, footwork practice is boring, children tend to learn more in the process of inclination. Therefore, the innovative interesting footwork teaching method in badminton class can induce students to establish correct dynamic stereotypes, reduce the occurrence of erroneous movements, improve students'enthusiasm for learning footwork, grasp footwork more effectively, and improve the teaching effect significantly. It is a systematic teaching method of badminton footwork, which provides a new teaching method for children's Badminton Footwork teaching. This teaching method is based on the traditional teaching method of badminton footwork. The content of this method is a reference, the other part is self-innovation, and the inductive game teaching method is systematic and inductive. Creativity, efficiency, entertainment and other characteristics. It can induce students to establish the correct dynamic stereotype to reduce the occurrence of wrong movements, learning efficiency, so that students can systematically, accurately and actively master the footwork of badminton, to achieve the purpose of happy teaching. The author divides 7-12 years old into two age groups, namely 7-9 years old and 10-12 years old. Each age group is divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group, control group after controlling the relevant factors. The experimental group was taught footwork with the method of "inducing game teaching". The control group was taught footwork with the traditional method. After the teaching content was finished, the experimental group and the control group were given general physical fitness test, special physical fitness test and special footwork test. The analysis of the data concluded that the use of "inductive game teaching method" for footwork teaching, students'special physical fitness has been improved, footwork teaching effect has been significantly improved, and parents' satisfaction has been significantly improved.
