【摘要】：《手臂錄》是明清之際最為重要的一部武學(xué)經(jīng)典著作之一,雖然在《手臂錄》中還言其他技法,但該書(shū)首次以圓形闡發(fā)槍圈的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,被稱為“言槍法不言之妙,傳武術(shù)家不傳之秘。”是研究古槍法不可多得的珍貴文獻(xiàn)。古代武學(xué)著作是研究古代武術(shù)的重要書(shū)籍,也是中國(guó)文化的主要組成部分。本文以《手臂錄》中的槍術(shù)為主要研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)知識(shí)論證古代槍術(shù)旨在詮釋武學(xué)經(jīng)典,增進(jìn)人們對(duì)古代槍術(shù)武藝的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解,繼承、弘揚(yáng)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化。同時(shí),器械為手臂之延伸,通過(guò)對(duì)《手臂錄》中槍術(shù)的技術(shù)和訓(xùn)練研究,為今后其他技能主導(dǎo)類格斗對(duì)抗性項(xiàng)群的研究提供理論與實(shí)踐借鑒。本文以文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等為主要研究方法,得出結(jié)論如下:在技術(shù)方面:槍圈是槍術(shù)之根本,在技擊中具有示形用詐、伏機(jī)待擊,守中用中的作用,應(yīng)下長(zhǎng)久之功于一圈。根據(jù)槍圈在技擊中是否用于革槍的角度進(jìn)行分類,可分為用于直接革槍的革槍槍圈、間接革槍的纏槍槍圈和不屬于革槍的串槍槍圈三類。革槍槍圈的合力與革槍時(shí)所用的力成正比,與槍桿的夾角成反比;纏槍槍圈力F的大小受年齡、體重、力氣、身高等因素的制約,所以在纏槍時(shí)卻更偏愛(ài)、更崇尚走延長(zhǎng)t之路;串槍槍圈則是避開(kāi)與對(duì)方槍桿的直接接觸以求尋找適合扎槍、革槍時(shí)機(jī)的動(dòng)作技巧。見(jiàn)肉貼桿是槍術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),失此為偽學(xué)。見(jiàn)肉分槍的時(shí)機(jī)是“舊力略過(guò)而新力未發(fā)”;有三種分槍角度:第一種垂直攔阻,其動(dòng)作角度最為省力,第二種順勢(shì)斜化,起到借力使力的功效,第三種斜沖攔阻,起到“連消帶打”的功效迅速反擊的目的。在訓(xùn)練方面:技術(shù)訓(xùn)練中以戳槍為基礎(chǔ)功力;革槍為根本;連環(huán)為鞏固;破法為提高;槍無(wú)定勢(shì),因敵致勝為目標(biāo)。訓(xùn)練中要求先是定步后是活步,技術(shù)動(dòng)作幅度是重大闊實(shí),然后輕虛緊小,最后達(dá)到平淡脫化之境。循序漸進(jìn),重視臨陣之技,不尚虛花。可將《手臂錄》中的“知己知彼、陰陽(yáng)哲學(xué)、槍圈、見(jiàn)肉分槍、抖大桿子”等槍術(shù)理論思想運(yùn)用與現(xiàn)代的技能主導(dǎo)類格斗對(duì)抗性項(xiàng)群的訓(xùn)練和技術(shù)中。
[Abstract]:"arm record" is one of the most important classical works of martial science in Ming and Qing dynasties. Although other techniques are also mentioned in the book, it is the first time that the book explains the movement of the gun circle in a circular way, which is called "the saying of the gun is not good." A martial artist does not pass on secrets. " It is a rare and valuable document for the study of ancient marksmanship. Ancient martial arts works are important books on ancient martial arts, and they are also the main components of Chinese culture. This article takes the gun technique in the "arm record" as the main research object, uses the modern scientific knowledge to prove the ancient gun technique to explain the classical martial arts, to promote people's understanding and understanding of the ancient gun art, to inherit, and to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of our country. At the same time, the instrument is the extension of the arm. Through the research on the technique and training of the gunshot in arm recording, this paper provides a theoretical and practical reference for the study of other skills-dominated fighting groups in the future. The main research methods of this paper are literature, expert interview, logic analysis and so on. The conclusions are as follows: in the technical aspect: the gun ring is the root of the gun technique, and it has the function of shape-indicating fraud, volley waiting to be hit, and defending the middle use in the technical hit. It should be done for a long time. According to the angle of whether the ring is used for leather gun, it can be divided into three categories: the ring of leather gun used for direct leather gun, the ring of indirect gun and the ring of gun that does not belong to leather gun. The resultant force of the leather gun ring is directly proportional to the force used in the leather gun, and inversely proportional to the angle between the barrel and the gun. The force F of the gun ring is restricted by factors such as age, weight, strength, height, and so on, so it is preferred when it is wrapped around the gun. In training, it is required that the first step is fixed and then the living step, the range of technical action is significant, then the light, empty, tight and small, and finally the environment of bland.
